Batteries of all things, is my favorite, I think. Mostly because it's a matter of opinion, much like which controller is better.
Some people, like myself, would much rather have replaceable battery packs than an internal battery that I can't change.

Believe it or not, Major Nelson is just a PR guy for a gigantic company, he doesn't know everything about everything when it comes to hardware design.
He is just the "face" of Xbox to the community. He very likely legitimately didn't know some of that stuff.
Also, his job is to ask the types of question that a typical gamer that doesn't work for MS would ask.

Get a rechargeable pack and then it's just like a PS3 or PS4 controller.
Actually better, because you have the option to just exchange that rechargeable pack with another one if you choose to, eliminating the need to tether yourself to the console.

The fact that the ME universe and the characters they created were so great and memorable is exactly WHY the ending ruined the series for me.
I have played through ME 1 and 2 at least 6 times each, doing different things, with different character classes, etc, then ME 3 comes along and destroys everything in the last 15 minutes.
I expected to replay ME3 at least 6 times, plus playing through the whole series of 3 again a few more times on top of that. But no...
No they won't.
Everyone with an Xbox that cares about DVR has Gold anyway. Just like everyone on PS4 will be a plus member anyway.
Blu Ray isn't "needed" for gaming.
The 360 did just fine with DVD's, and both next gen consoles are going to be all about Day One Digital. (For me, anyway)
Come to think of it... I'm not sure if I will ever put a single disc into my XB1 or PS4.
