That would depend greatly on how big your TV is and how far away you sit from it.
I have a 65 inch TV, and I sit about 9 feet away from it, and if I am watching a football game in snap mode it is hard to read the scores.
So playing anything in that small of a space would not be a good experience unless it was something really simple.

I have both consoles, just like last gen. I will be able to play every game that I want to play, just like last gen. I prefer xbox, just like last gen.
When it comes to games I could play on either, I choose to play them on xbox, just like last gen. The controller alone would be reason enough, but I also like the UI better, and xbox is where my friends play, too.

I still have both consoles, I didn't sell my ps4, but I also haven't played it since the One launched. No reason to.
Better games, better UI, and a FAR better controller on the XB1 means I'm going to be spending most of time on the Xbox side this gen again.
Not everyone wants to open up their console and replace their hard drive, but I bet a lot of people will have no issue buying an external HDD from Amazon and plugging it in.
And like Horse said, did anyone really think they were going to be able to hold every game you own installed at once?
Even if you upgrade your HDD, it's going to fill up. At least mine would. I own almost 200 games for my 360, and I would expect to reach those kinds of numbers aga...

Look at the PS4 and how much HDD space it has.
