lol, and that video is supposed to prove what, exactly? A 7 month old E3 video?
Listen, I have no problem with the PS4, I'm sure I'll play some great games on it.
But when it comes to anything I can do on both consoles, I'm going to do it on XB1. I like the controller better, my friends are all on XBL, etc...
It's just my preference. And since I have both consoles I'm not going to be "missing out" on any games...
"Real gamers prefer the PS4, for obvious reasons."
Please enlighten us as to what these obvious reasons are, because I am as hardcore of a gamer as I know and I prefer the Xbox One by a landslide.
Why are we still arguing about this?
The PS4 is more powerful. Whoopty doo.
The XB1 has a better controller, more features, better UI, and better games.
Get both of them and you'll be happy.
Agreed, the XB1 controller is better than the DS4 in every possible way.
Better d-pad, better sticks, better triggers, better bumpers. More comfortable to hold. Better button placement for the menu buttons.
You can swap batteries at any time instead of having to plug into the console, and the batteries last about three times as long, too.
It's no contest. The DS4 was certainly an upgrade, but it's still a weak controller just like ...
That list is depressingly terrible.
I don't mean they are bad choices, I just mean it's sad that ANY of those games could make a "best of" anything list.
That might be the worst article I've ever read.
Headline says the DS4 is better, but there is no comparison in the article at all. 90 percent of the article is talking about how much the XB1 controller is improved, then he closes by saying that OTHER people think the DS4 is better. lol, what a joke.
Why can't anyone make a comparison video or comparison screenshots without having the brightness and/or contrast all jacked up on one of the sources?
How are we supposed to see the real difference when half of one the shots is almost pure black?
I can't even see anything in that crap video. All I see is blocky pixelation. I can't see any smoke.
???????
Did you seriously just use an N64 game as an example of how game streaming can work without compression?
So you guys will be happy playing your ps3 games streamed in glorious 480i?
I'm very sorry, but game streaming just isn't possible YET without noticeable issues.
Every single button press has to be sent to the server, and then the video response to that button press streamed back to you. I don't care if you have google fiber...
The way I understood it, it was always a separate device, and had nothing to do with the TV itself.
You could use one in conjunction with a crappy CRT TV from 10 years ago if you wanted to.
Wow... That looks.....
Terrible.
I hope they make Illumiroom a real thing, that looks like it could be awesome.
The frame rate in Dead Rising 3 is perfectly fine. Maybe the review copies didn't have the day one patch, I don't know, but it DOES NOT drop frames at all.
And it's all personal opinion, but I think it's a better game than anything on the PS4. My PS4 has been collecting dust since the One launched.
I have no desire to go back to Killzone when I can play a bunch of better games on my One, with a much better controller as well.(again, all pe...
Frostypants, that's already taken care of.
You never have to plug the thing in at all.
If you're complaining because it's in the box, well then that's just too bad, because I don't see that ever changing.
You might as well go try to get a cheaper deal on your next blu ray player because you already have an HDMI cable and you don't want the one that comes with it.
My point is: It's a part of th...
Stupid question, but why in the world is there a cap imposed on this to begin with?
That seems kind of silly, it should be possible to go as high as you can, so long as there are still games you haven't played.
That was uncalled for and completely out of line.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
I'll sell him mine if he wants one.
The best achievements are the ones that have you doing things you would never do normally.
The "Pacifist" achievement from Geometry Wars was the first one I remember like that.
I like when they encourage you to "think outside the box" so to speak.
I like the concept of the challenges, but without them giving out any gamerscore it seems kind of odd.
Some of the challenges for DR3 unlocked in-game items, though, which was cool. (although it was stuff you could find in the game anyway)
Mine's been collecting dust since 11/22.
