It is unfair. It's not fair to Xbox 360 to compare 3rd generation 360 games to second generation PS3 games.
How can anyone actually believe that Gamestop is going to let you take home a new game, and then return it thus forcing them to sell it used while giving you your money back? I'll believe it when I see it.
Now the other half is having a broad software library that covers all sorts of genres. Something the 360 is pretty weak with. This is the hardcore gamer's system after all.
I'm sure he's a real angel. It is a clear advantage when working at such a store. I know if I worked at a Gamestop (god forbid it ever came to that) and something showed up that I wanted, it'd be mine regardless of how many copies were released.

Sony has always focused on bringing all kinds of games to their console, and it's especially true if you look back at the last generation. Microsoft hasn't changed much beyond the racing/shooter mentality. Sure you've got Viva Pinata (and a few others), but they're the very small minority that's totally ignored by the 360 fanbase.
Why is M$ wasting their money on games like this? Did the other Tales title do anything for 360 sales? Not really. Oh well, keep wasting away M$, because it won't matter one bit.
Do we really want EA becoming more of a giant? Do we really want more publishers and developers to face extinction or absorbtion?
Take 2's strategy seems to have changed with more of a focus on fewer, yet stronger releases. I don't want to see them swallowed up.
Digital download movies will never surpass physical forms of movie media! With discs you can take them to watch them where ever you feel like and swap them with friends. With a digital download, you're confined to watching it on whichever piece of hardware you downloaded it to and that's it.
Plus people like to own things when they pay money out. With digital downloads you own nothing.

Lair's concept and look has always interested me, but I stayed away because of the controls. If they do indeed patch this then I will be buying it for sure.

Yeah, their new Zombie title looks and sounds interesting, but screw them. If that's the lazy attitude they take then I'll take the same lazy attitude, and pass on caring about their games.

I bought DMC4 for PS3 instead of 360, and the initial installation is no biggie. I threw the disc in and went off and did some stuff around the house. Came back in 25 minutes and it was done. I dig the idea of installing game data on my HD to cut down on load times. If this feature wasn't available people would be pissing and moaning about the lack of it.
...is that they never bothered to obtain more studios to develop internally. Of the few they do have Rare sucks, Turn 10 only makes Forza games, and Lionhead while good, only makes one game per generation.

The old Rare died long ago. The Rare owned by M$ is a shell of it's former self with the biggest stars of the company long gone.
Will the sun rise in the morning? Of course it's going to last. From here on out the PS3 is going to beat the 360 in sales thanks to more exclusive hard hitting big name software and a third party community that's getting the hang of PS3 development.
The 360 is going to be in the same position as the Xbox was last generation.

Heroes looks like a very cool game overall. It's a shame sales aren't higher, and makes me wonder if they're kicking themselves for not leaving this game on the 360 where it would've sold far better. The Wii may be selling like gangbusters but the types of gamers that this game is aimed at are the minority of the Wii installed base.
The 360 with it's easy to develop environment has pretty much been tapped out, while PS3 developers are still in the learning phase. Just like last gen we'll see big strides with Playstation games and small steps with Xbox titles.
