The bloody mushroom tattoo was just a mushroom tattoo. The reason there is blood dripping from it is probably because the picture was taken right after the tattooist finished it. I don't think that even the best tattoo artist in the world could do blood that looks that realistic, not to mention in 3D.

I remember playing the Police Quest games on PC, so I don't see any reason why LA Noire won't succeed there. I have it for the PS3, but it will be interesting to see what custom mods will be made to improve things for the PC version.

So in other words the guy who wrote this article only likes shooters. I think we have our first dude-bro "game journalist".

I used to work with a guy who is on the U.S. Rugby team (yes we have one) and he's played all over the world so there are Americans who play it. It is a much tougher sport than U.S. Football, even NFL players will admit that unless the one you ask has an overinflated ego.

On topic, I remember buying EA's first Rugby game for the PS2 when it came out and having a lot of fun playing it, but the "improvements" they made to the following...

I don't trust any review scores. Different gamers have different tastes, and that includes the people who review games. Some people are more forgiving of a games flaws than others and there is always bias in any review as we each have things that we prefer over others.

If you have the capability to try the game out before you decide to buy it, then that's the best option, but if not ask your friends who know your preferences or find out what the game is about and how...

Thank you Hideo Kojima for stepping up to take on the misguided ideas of people like Keiji Inafune.

Thanks for giving us an inside look into the life of a game tester. It seems like game developers should either treat you guys better or stop with the false advertising about how grand of a job it is, preferably both. I wonder how many QA people are employed by specific game companies, especially Obsidian considering how their games are usually released full of bugs. Considering the number of reports they had to have known they were there, maybe their QA guys told them about them and they jus...

I wish NB would just give up already. The game wasn't successful for a variety of reasons. I'm sure there are some people who liked it, but I doubt they are numerous enough to cover the development costs, and what if they wait until it hits the bargain bin like many people did for the first one?

NB will just lose more money with a sequel. There are a lot of people hoping for the localizations of the Tales games, and all they need is translating. Should they spend mone...

There is no guarantee that there will be a FF HD collection, and rather than buy HD collections you can always just buy another PS2 since they're really cheap now. If you have a lot of PS2 games it really isn't a bad idea.

When I play LA Noire I like running to the car and speeding off without my partner, only for him to reappear magically once I get to the next location.

Microsoft's efforts in this aspect is exactly why this gen won't have a system with a library as large and diverse as the PS2 does. Microsoft wanted a reason to get people to buy their system and paid publishers like Namco-Bandai in order to prevent the PS3 from having as large of a library as the PS2. In a way this method was effective, as there are many games that should be multiplatform in the West like Tales of Vesperia and Deadly Premonition to name only two that are on the PS3 i...

If you care about Kinect voice controls and the fact that the PS3 didn't have ME1, so therefore no ME1 save to transfer, then you'll be disappointed. That's basically what the article is talking about.

I'm glad they're stating it's multiplatform from the start, but if SE has shown any form of console bias this gen, it's been bias towards the Xbox360. It may not make everyone happy, but I hope they keep Versus a PS3 exclusive to make up for the absence of The Last Remnant, Project Sylpheed, and Infinite Undiscovery.

For anyone keeping count, that's three exclusive Xbox360 games from SE (even if they're only the publisher in some cases) compared to ze...

Alex Jones looks pretty nervous in the video. When they decided to go to the comments to ask questions a lot of them were asking about the framerate of the game... guess which question wasn't asked by the "interviewer".

"...it notices the audience’s annoyance regarding the overpopulation of conventional WW2 shooters..."

Unless you're looking in the used games section there really isn't an "overpopulation of conventional WW2 shooters". However, there is an overpopulation of shooters, and an increase in the number of "silly" shooters, currently in the market. Oh, and thanks for bunching every gamer in the world into one group called "the audience"...

I stopped watching "Adult Swim" a long time ago. As for whether or not Nintendo "won" E3, I'd say they didn't. Some people were confused as to whether or not Wii U was a controller for the Wii or something else, not to mention the fact that it won't be released until 2012, probably after next year's E3.

In my opinion, if anyone "won" E3 it was SONY, not because what they showed was necessarily better, but because their big announc...
