Don't get me wrong.. this looks amazing for an IN GAME RENDER.. but you've got to be kidding if it's better than the Dead Island CG Trailer.
Rendered in-game DOESN'T really mean graphics in actual gameplay.
Not that it really matters as the overall visual impact would still be very identical.
I would love 2 player co-op.
I remember having one of my best console gaming moments with Obscure: Aftermath in split screen.
My friend and I kept laughing, shouting, getting shocked and solving puzzles with that!

Sheesh.. if you're always curious about what the next gen visuals could look like just watch a high end PC in real life. (Crysis, Crysis 2, Bethesda games, GTA IV PC modding community)
A lot of youtube vids still don't give them enough justice.

I finally tend to enjoy piss poor visuals specially with my friends who really enjoy those.
And like every other gen.. less game variety.
PSX era >PS2,XBXera >PS3,360 era >PS4 era
I bet game development and kits will become more expensive as well..
Oh well. It's not like I can't play the older games when the new consoles come out.
The only non vestigial thing we're gonna get with new consoles are graphics.
Sometimes, I'd rather want more new games and game variety on the cu...
Well yeah for some movies. For the sole purpose of playing CONSOLE games.. not so much IMO.

AFAIK, there are no "REAL" 120hz 3D TV.. only PC 99%.. only some PC monitors do that
Wanna know what early next gen consoles does? Look at what graphics enthusiasts PC gamers install on their system.
It'll be a while before the next gen consoles bring out a U2/UC3 equivalent against the advancement of PC graphics (considering mods)
That being said, I can't wait for Crysis like graphics with Augmented Reality! Wanna check some CG chicks out hehe

Just in for the PC SP cheesy campaign cuz i suck with all sorts of MP.
BF3 campaign looked great on PC but was kinda boring.
I hope MW3 SP would be more fun.

Once a console gets the overall look and artstyle of an ultra, then it completely succeeds.

Shame it's very hard to do a good video comparison.
I think it would have been more fair to show uncompressed images with the PC Ultra @ 1280x720 and then compare to console high quality screen shots. ...

How many of those made a purchase based on them being able to test out the PIRATED version. Like a pseudo demo.
