In order for the 360 to match or exceed the Wii in sales it will pretty much have to sell twice as much as the Wii sells in the U.S. which isn't going to happen. The 360 doesn't sell in the rest of the world on anywhere near the scale it does in the U.S. While the same is true for the Wii, it does sell very very well globally. This guy is either full of crap, or we've all been extremely out of the loop as pertains to demand for the 360 in the U.S.

Pokemon is second all time only to Mario in popularity/number of games sold. Pikachu is one of the main reasons for that, Just because you may not like it or respect it doesn't mean it doesn't belong on the list.

Making excersize fun is big business, and has been for a long time. Whle I worry that eventually, Nintendo may put alot more money into this sort of product than the games I enjoy most, I don't blame them. By the way, I'm a Wii owner, and I love it, and will probably buy Wii fit, but this video... As Larry the Cable guy would say: "I don't care who you are. That's funny." :D
Apparently people over 300 pounds aren't supposed to use the Wii fit board. So people within the limit probably are safe for the most part from heart attacks.
From a gamer standpoint, it really is a bit worrisome. But the truth is, my Mom was pretty intrigued by this when I showed her some video of it, so I'll probably end up buying it for her (and playing the skiing and soccer games whenever I'm over there). lol
I had been losing interest in this game somewhat recently, but now I'm ready to consider buying it again when it comes out. It really looks great here, but sometimes in video and pictures it doesn't. I really hope that this is a translation problem rather than an inconsistency problem with the game.
As much as I disagree with his occasional Wii bashing, MK_Red provides alot of reading material for us here at N4G. Did you ever consider that it might not be all about the measly little money prize? Or that some people have jobs that require them to spend alot of time online? Give the guy a break. We're all better off for the hard work of the go-getters on this site.
If only people would get this fired up about the real issues affecting the world right now and get involved similarly, things would be alot better. But no... Only a subject involving entertainment sets people off...

That has little to do with your original comment of "The Wii is meant for last gen ports of great titles". Even if one believes that HD graphics are the way to go, the Wii is capable of much better than 3rd party developers have done with it so far due to their cheapness and laziness. Which in turn means that the Wii is capable of much better than last Gen ports.
What he's saying is that Developers haven't made many new 3rd party games that match or exceed the quality of "last Gen" games. With the graphics capability of the Wii being better than any "last Gen" console, along with the new possibilities that the Wii-mote brings, this is purely a case of cheapness and laziness on the part of Developers.
