Hate exclusive content in a multiplat game.
That's something that needs to die.
If a game is being released on multiple platforms make all the content available on all the platforms ffs!
Exactly, Look at CliffyB and Gears. Or David Jaffe and God of War.
Sorry but it's just the way it goes. You get listed in the credits but what more do they expect? Personal thanks during an internationally televised event or something?
Guess what, it happens in other entertainment media. Musicians on records, movies are generally just the actors, director and producer (with a handful of people in other areas put forward for oscars, which most people don't even follow c...
Seriously, who really cares about the score for this game? Everyone knows EXACTLY what they are getting because the game has been out for years. It's not like anyone is really going to buy this and go "Holy crap, this didn't meet my expectations".
Same as all the other redone games, Uncharted, TLoU, Halo (sans network issues) etc.
People who never played the originals can check the score of those games (the core gameplay is essentially the same). People who l...
Wasn't the best game I've ever played but was above average IMO. Solid gameplay and set up an interesting universe. Looked absolutely stellar as well (of course).
Many reviews stated that the game content didn't justify full price (I agree to an extent, I got it launch day but traded it in after the plat so it technically only cost me £15 or so, which was worthwhile, if I didn't have the trade-in option I would probably have waited) but would be interesting for th...
Don't bite .. or at least not at this stage:
1 - You've made it clear you prefer the XB1, with the monthly AAA exclusives from now to year end (not to mention the mutiplat games worth playing) you're potentially spreading yourself too thin (nobody wants more "I own both consoles but console Y is just gathering dust because so and so" comments). After the AAA XB drought so far this isn't the time to be getting another console, just when the flood (heheh) is st...
Further to this, a boycott of this game could (and probably would, judging by the reports coming out of Konami) be used by Konami leadership as justification of their position/treatment towards Kojima. Along the lines of "Look, the sales are rubbish, that proves that he's no longer relevant as a developer so we were correct in what we did". They're so far removed from reality that it's unlikely they'll consider the real reason.
If you are up in arms ...
I dunno, I think it depends on the target
To the more invested gamer, like those who frequent gaming sites, yes they do matter. As they are the primary differentiators between consoles and personal preference helps identify which console to purchase.
However for the average gamer who primarily purchases CoD, FIFA and so on, I think they don't really matter as long as they can get their annual franchise. Most of them could maybe identify Master Chief and Mario but that'...
Some people didn't like the R2D2 version. For example:

So is the conclusion that Sony makes better limited edition consoles?
Or is it that different people like different things?
PERSONALLY, screw Star Wars (the "new trilogy" really dented my love for the franchise), ...
Wow, different people in "liking different things" shocker.
Some people didn't like the R2D2 360 console. For example:
http://www.geek.com/games/s...
So I suppose we can all conclude that one sucked as well, yes?
Have a look online for fan created XB1 dashboard ideas, so because they're presenting their own id...
Hang on ... whats this? Is this a post by Jalva not even a month ago?
http://n4g.com/news/1762069...
Why yes, yes it is! And what does this post say?
"also the Xbox One's lineup for the holiday season vs Sony's non-existent lineup is going to make peoples choice of console over Christmas a whole lot easier to decide...
Looking forward to seeing what it can do when it's "in the wild" so to speak, see whether the stage demo lives up to reality.
Been burnt too many times by stage presentations that are fake (Milo being a good example).
I'm excited to see how it ultimately performs but, as with any presentation by any company, I reserve final judgement until the product is physically in my possession to try first hand in "real world" conditions

"I disagree with that, because we all saw what the PS3 delivered. It wasn't what consumers wanted, and they revolted and moved to the Xbox 360. "
And the PS4 is massively outselling the XB1 while the XB1 is selling at pretty much the same rate as the PS3.
So ... will you stand by the same comment above in reference to the XB1 then? I doubt it ...
And yet a look at the first 3 pages of your post history reveals no less than 3 posts complaining about "PS4 fanboys in XB1 articles":

Driveclub PS+ editio ... oh ... nevermind ...
Are you referring to me?
If so I suggest looking up the word rhetoric to gain a greater understanding of the message my post actually conveys. In fact I've done it for you:
"1. (in writing or speech) the undue use of exaggeration or display; bombast."
Any clearer, or are most people still only reading the 2nd to 11th words of my post ...
We had E3 and I'm laughing
Got June NPD and still laughing
Catchy tune hey Bats?
Look forward to their post-NPD article explaining why "PS4 is selling due to hype alone".
They've published enough to just copy and paste now!
Erm ... did I say that? What? Lol. Please explain your comprehension
It's the build up through the microwave corridor that makes it all the more poignant
