Mike who from where again?
Tracer is definitely the bigger problem in this game. Yes, Bastion and Torbjorn can be cheap, but when a team organizes well, they can do well against even a full comp of those two. Tracer on the other hand... I find it particularly hard to face with any character whatsoever.
This is a game supposed to evolve as time goes on. It was marketed and released as such. Too bad that the SP content is still lacking, but the game plays and looks beautiful. I have no regrets purchasing it.
No matter what this guy says, I'm pretty sure he is just salty with the lack of content. Don't get me wrong, I was a little too, but I'm well aware this will be addressed as the months go by.
XIII-2 is pretty good and can even stand on its own as story goes, too bad you have to play the prologue that is XIII to fully appreciate it. XIII is an okay game, but easily surpassed by many (all?) FF titles before. Pity.
Just another first-person horror game... :/
Killzone, Knack, Driveclub, Infamous, LitteBigPlanet, Bloodborne, The Order, Uncharted, Until Dawn, Helldivers, Gravity Rush, Ratchet & Clank, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last Guardian, The Tomorrow Children, Dreams, Gran Turismo, Detroit, Wild...
I think they are pretty good on the first party titles. :)
It is getting a little stale... First-person jump scares or hide-and-seek games, third person shooters with a few horror elements on it...
Until dawn was a breath of fresh air, TBH. Nothing new as far as gaming goes, but it definitely managed to branch the genre out of these staples...
I really miss Silent Hill.
Defiance already did something similar. It also failed. :/
Thank God for that.
I found Chloe rather childish and annoying, but I felt she was not only necessary to the plot but also a realistic and fleshed out character. So, in a way, yep, I can agree.
Tifa (or Aerith, if you wanna go the "ultimate sacrifice" route), Alyx, Shepard (and pretty much any girl from ME), Bayonetta, Cammy (or Chun-Li), Elena, Kerrigan (or Nova), Ciri, Jade, Hannah, Nina Williams...
This one looks sooo good. They always come out stronger when they fail, gotta admire that.
Finally.
There was in the video...
You gotta applaud when someone manages to simply re-skin and add a few things and graphic tweaks to a game and call it a day and sell it as well as Naruto did. Storm 2, Generations, 3, Full Burst, now this...
The game is the same thing as it was many years ago... So sad to see many characters with movesets as old as my grandma and new inclusions that most people didn't even care about in the first place (Rin, really?).
SFV doing poorly is kinda justified,...
Release Tales of Destiny DC in english and I'll be willing to forgive recent mistakes.
A small observation: Sam calls Nathan Drake by his name all the time... "Nathan". Almost being formal and dettached. All of his close friends or old partners usually call him "Nate", including Chloe.
There is also a new guy that seems pretty friendly to Drake and also calls him "Nate" during the trailer and offers him a way out... A past partner? An old friend? Judging by the "Nate", I'd say yes.
The market is saturated with FPS horror games. It is indeed getting a little stale.
I really did not like Fringe all that much, so...
They must've proposed a deal with Sony, Sony refused, so they went multiplat. You don't usually leave good contracts behind, unless they are not as profitable as before (goes both ways). That being said, it's not like they will stop working with Sony... This hardly changes anything, TBH. :/
