@lelo2play
The Xbox One launched at $499. It is now $349 and comes with AC: Unity and AC: Black Flag.
When the bundle launched, Unity was $59.99 and Black Flag was around $29.99
$349.99
- $59.99
- $29.99
= $260.01
Like I said, pretty much half price.
Neither will disappoint, I think Sony's will be more shocking in terms of announcements though.
From what I hear, they have some big Japanese and Western exclusives from third party's, not to mention marketing partnerships. Who knows if they'll all be announced at E3 though, Sony like to have a decent amount of announcements for every event like TGS, Gamescom and PSX.
He's on my friends list. He was playing Demon Soul's consistently until Bloodborne released.
Instant respect in my book.
It didn't surprise me at all when I heard Bloodborne was exclusive. I've heard From Software has more PS4 exclusives in the works, which again doesn't surprise me, he loves them.
Games.

The no PS4 games argument is old, if anything the Xbox One looks like it has no games now.
Haha. Just saw these on NeoGaf, these are hilarious.

This might be the worst headline of all time. SMH.
"MS has strong enough position in gaming were they wont lose content"
I have a feeling E3 is going to get pretty salty around here.
As for the media I would say they generally lean towards protecting the Xbox One versus slandering it.
Digital Foundry is one that comes to mind, which isn't surprising when you look at their featured channels and subscriptions for their Youtube channel.

What is there to damage control? When people don't like talking about the PlayStation division, they talk about Sony as a whole.
It's so obvious this is a salty response to the 2 articles about PS4 selling more than Xbox One. So in reality, this article is damage control.
If anyone worries about Sony's ability to throw money at the PS4, those concerns should be alleviated at E3.
The Xbox One could be doing worse. But, it's sales were extremely front loaded, the 360s launch was slow with production problems. If things don't pick up quite a bit for the Xbox One it will be getting outsold by the 360 soon.
Also, the Xbox One shipped 100,000 consoles 8 months ago and hasn't sold through them.
You're allowed to feel that way. But on the games issue, numerically you're wrong and exclusive or multiplaform software is consumed at a much higher rate on PS4. Digital or physical.
As for features, they're features. I'm not going to heavily debates features. I think Share Play is the best feature on either, you probably have a little feature you enjoy. Shocking.
It's 2:1 and growing. The PS4 has control of every region worldwide. The PS4 is winning by a lot in a bunch of departments, not just sales.

But, let's not read into it too much.
I agree, it doesn't need to be saved. But coming off the success they had with the 360 gaining market share, the Xbox One is definitely a failure in the eyes of Microsoft. They don't need to sell more than Sony, but they should be selling more considering everything they've done to spur sales.
That's where they saving concept comes from, people expected more from it. I know I did.
Nothing will save the Xbox One in terms of outpacing the PS4, it's pretty much half price from what it launched at and saw an 8% increase in sales last quarter in it's 2nd year.
If half price wouldn't do it, nothing will.
PS4 is dominating the mind share of gamers worldwide.
That's a beat down. Pretty ironic considering how I've heard people say China was going to save the Xbox One.
Great pick up for Polyphony, Forza has pretty good sound.
It's 2015.
The VR of now, is not the VR of then. Look at 90's cell phones, some early ones required a briefcase.
I agree, I think it'll get big depending on it's execution in 2017. In 2016 we'll get a few titles here and there and people will slither around the net saying VR has no games.
That's pretty disappointing.
It sounds like what they demonstrated, is not even close to what it's actually like at this point. Hopefully this thing doesn't turn out like Kinect, shooting way above what it can actually do.
Fair enough I guess, in that case though this has no business here in my opinion.
