After swearing off COD, I gotta say, I'm actually kind of excited for this.
I gotta be honest...I mostly bought it for those dancing games...I know I know, but I hate working out and this is a hell of a lot of fun. I've lost 2 lbs already!
I traded in a ton of games at GameStop a while ago and got over $200 in store credit...CL is a great suggestion but I didn't want to spend actual cash.
Edit: I'm not hating on the Move, but rather, the Kinect just offered more of what I wanted. The Move just never appealed to me...
I just got my Kinect 2 days ago and paid full price for it...don't regret my decision at all.

Thank you Adam for years of insight, and an all around pleasure to watch. Best of luck to you in your future :)
ED2 will almost certainly make me buy one of these. The first one was brilliant and vastly underrated (like my fellow gamers have stated above).
I'm pretty sure I diid, Honky. :-D
If Capcom wanted to bring this state side, they're going to have to add a few more X's to that jacket size.
I gotta be honest, I jumped the console boat long ago to join the PC world (FANTASTIC, btw...better graphics, cheaper games, mods, etc).
The Wii U will introduce high definition. I've been playing Wii and GC games in 1080p hi def on Dolphin...this news didn't excite me. And the 360 and PS3 are going to have better graphics. OK...so what...they'll also be forcing an internet connection (which the PC has done and hasn't worked and has almost gotten rid of D...
Skyrim alone is worth owning a PC...it's glorious!
Hmmm...I play this game about 5 hours a week (which is nowhere near as much as the hardcore gamers, I know), but from what I've played, I've had no problems...what's the major thing that's getting on people's nerves??
Just purchased Mass Effect 1 & 2 (SE) for $12!! I LOVE PC gaming!!
Only if they have insanely awesome prices like they do on Steam or Origin...but I doubt it...consoles are greedy sons of bitches.
Well said :) I have to be honest...I come from a family off addiction (alcohol, drugs, you name it) and it's very easy for me to fall into a world of fantasy and disbelief rather than face real world issues. I think that's why I fell hard for online gaming and equated winning in videogames with winning in real life. I'm not bashing games at all. I've met amazing people and have gained confidence like I wouldn't have ever imagined. But the fault in that is that I let i...
Ever since I stopped playing videogames as much a few months ago, my depression has gone severely down. I know I'm probably going to get a bunch of "Disagrees" but it's the truth...playing online with homophobic, racist idiots brought morale down so much that it would almost dampen my entire day. I'm glad my play time has gone down from 21 hours a week to about 3. My sanity thanks me as well.
Also, since I started playing online in 2007, I've g...
Incredibly excited about this!! I was so tempted to buy it for the consoles and am so glad I waited. We need to support gorgeous, wonderful games like this :)
Hmmm...not that I'm not excited for millions of polygons, but haven't we learned that it's the detail, not the polygon count that makes the difference? Remember Final Fantasy 12 for the PS2? I emulated my PS2 copy and play it with antialising and 1080p and it looks INCREDIBLE!! Like it could easily pass for a PS3 game (maybe year 1 or year 2 PS3 game lol). Either way, Naughty Dog has rarely failed us and I can't wait to see what they have in store for us.
I'm a gay gamer and have been all my life. I never really contemplated or expressed discern over a lack of gay characters because, well, I never thought it that important. That is until modern games with their deep story lines involving all variants and backgrounds including sexuality, race, religion and other mature topics brought into light (the recent Skyrim is very good example of this). Playing Skyrim as a gay character was amazing. I was able to marry a man (as I would like to i...
MS Points were always kinda bs to me. I prefer the direct Playstation Store $ amount. If this is in fact true, I'm happy :)
Will this run on my Windows 2000 20lb laptop?
