Ok, no judgement, but I just bought Katy Perry's Sweet Treats (it was on sale at Target for $18 the other day) and it's friggin AWESOME!! My character has a friggin cupcake bra and my couch is a banana split. Oh lord how I love the Sims.
Ha! That's what I use and I love it.
Cynycal? Yes? True? Yes :( As cool as this sounds, I already play my Zelda titles in HD using the Dolphin emulator (I know it'll probably be better here, but at least I won't have to buy a whole new system with 1 1/2 years of Nintendo support, then left in the crapper to die a pitiful death (ie any Nintendo console in the later years). Cool...but I'll pass.
13 disagrees say otherwise iamlegend9999 (one of those were mine). SE has been dragging this series through the mud just to make a quick buck. Honestly, I would have preferred KH3 news, but this...it's a step in the right direction.
I hope they have The Black Eyed Peas Experience on sale again for the billionth time. Ugh...come on, Amazon, give us great deals!!
^smarty ;)
Love being a PC gamer because of this BUT I'm waiting for it to go on sale like 2 months after it comes out. I bought the original game of the year edition with all the DLC for $7.50 on Steam. If you don't already have a PC, save up for one...PC gaming IS the way to go :)
YES YES YES!! OMG dcortz I was thinking the same thing!! I'm currently playing Starhawk and love it, but nothing compares to the bliss that is Warhawk (the game that introduced me to online gaming) and COD4 was the very first FPS I ever owned and played. You know what was great, as well? That most people that owned a PS3 when it first came out were so awesome...decent...very little hate and immaturity like when they lowered the price and miscreants can afford it. I now play on my PC ...
I have COD4 on the 360, PS3 and most recently, on the PC. I absolutely love the game and the reason it worked so well is because it was so simple in its premise and execution and didn't over complicate/over clutter with superfluous options like the other COD's.
"When some species of birds get sick, they stop eating unfamiliar varieties of food. Instinct tells them they ate something poisonous, so they should stick to the safe varieties of food they usually eat. If those sources become scarce, then they’ll starve to death rather than trying something different...That’s where Nintendo is at now."
lol that is the weirdest analogy I've ever heard...but I guess it kinda works here. Sony's narcissism has almost broug...
I couldn't agree more on all accounts. Here's looking forward to the DLC.
Awww yeah!! Where did you Starhawk fans come from?! I've contributed to about 10 of those kills (while my death contributed to about 40 lol). I can't wait for this game to pick up steam! I love love love it!
Starhawk is such an incredible game...it guts me to hear that it's not doing well. Play for 15 minutes...once you get the hang of building and flying and pouncing as giant robots...it's superb!
Great article! I can't begin to say how much I love this game. It's good ol' fashion multiplayer fun just like Warhawk but kicked up a notch.
I really hope people give this game a chance.
Thank you will do! Honestly I didn't even look at those option because I was too excited and just started playing lol. Thanks again, pal.
Warhawk was the game that introduced me to online gaming and it holds a very special place in my heart. I bought Starhawk yesterday and I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. The biggest question is if it's reminiscent of Warhawk. Yes and no. Yes the graphic style hasn't changed much since 07 :/ and the controls of the vehicles, and such seem fluid like it's spiritual predecessor. No, in the sense that it feels like a brand new experience going in a brand new directi...
wow that's wild...nice stats, hellerphant ;)
lol...joking aside, I bought an Asus G73SW-3DE last year and I'm kinda bummed that games like this will only run on medium :(...but the great news is that games the past 10 years will play on the highest settings AND in 1080P 3D...Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in 3D has new life ;)
I LOVE Steam! For a PC gaming newbie (since last March), it's been incredibly easy and fun to use. Origin, on the other hand, started off pretty rough and complicated but has had a major face lift and looks and runs a lot like Steam. I'm not hating...I hope Origin does well, but for now, it's Steam for me all the way.
Zzzzzzzzzz...if the Wii U beat the PC version's stellar graphics, this would have been quite the story, but comparing graphics of the Wii U to that of a system that came out 6 years ago and produce about the same quality images? That's just sad.
