100% agree. Seeing how fast cell phones have evolved, I'm used to multi tasking and need speed. The PS3 did not keep up and it was frustrating pulling up the XMB and waiting for, what seemed like, forever for it to come up.
The PS4 is smooth, simple, clean, fast and powerful. I had to put away Ghosts for the PS3 because those graphics literally made my eyes hurt. I most definitely didn't have that problem with the PS4. Those razor sharp, hi-res graphics are not...
I wish it was Warhawk or its spiritual sequel Starhawk. What's wrong with you people?? Nobody bought Starhawk and it's so, so fun! I saw it for $5 at Best Buy (used). I swear it's worth a buy!
Unfortunately, I have a brick PS4. I won Taco Bell contest and got it early, but upon trying to turn it on, nothing would happen except a blue blinking light. I spoke to a representative at Sony and he tried guiding me through some parts but with no success. It won't show anything on my tv and I think it may have something to do with the HDMI. Now, I can't even do a soft reset. Blargh!
USA! USA! USA!
Warframe is friggin awesome. I've been playing it on the PC for a few months now. You're going to love it ;)
Journey and Flower are 2 of my fave games of all time. I just wished that the graphics on Journey were a little better and now I can die a happy guy...I can't WAIT for 60fps 1080p sand surfing goodness!!
Not gonna lie...I was expecting a much bigger difference in quality. That being said, I'm ridiculously impressed how amazing it looks on the PS3. This is going to be an amazing generation of gaming, folks (both Xbox One and PS4).
Exactly. Why upgrade, then?
I don't understand why you're being down voted. This is a very fair, true statement.
I splurged on a gaming notebook about four years ago and have been a PC player since. Now, not exclusively PC; I also played the 360 and PS3 for their awesome exclusives. But that's it. Without a doubt PC games deliver such an impressive graphical and polished experience unlike I've ever seen in consoles. Plus, it has HDMI so I hook it up to my home theater system for a n...
As good as it can get without Mark Hamill.
The original Tomb Raider soundtrack was perfection and really captured the mood to a T.
My #1 reason for owning a PS4.
I'm going for iCarly but I doubt there'll be any couples left after I get out of work.
My gaming laptop runs both PS2 and Wii/GC emulators without a problem. I did have to spend a pretty penny (around $1800) but the fact that my gaming system is completely portable has been so worth it not to mention HDMI inputs so when I want to game at home, I just hook it up to my home theater system.
I just imagined the voice of Smeagol while I read your post.
Like current systems can dish out those graphics. I can't wait for my PC to run this bad boy on full steam!
Truth is, it's my #1 reason for getting a PS4; seeing Drake and friends on a whole new graphical level.
Damn poetic, that was.
Shouldn't be too long before they get it up and running again. It's a fantastic game that I've put in about 70+ hours already.
Now the PS4 on the other hand...
