Those are ridiculously cool looking!! I want!
Why on Earth are you being disagreed with on this? It's absolutely true. I'm a PS/Nintendo fan but I also want Xbox to succeed. I have tons of loyal Xbox fans that feel betrayed and embarrassed by Microsofts' inconsistencies when it comes to the Xbox One. DRM, Kinect, Live, system specs. Stop BSing and start being real, Microsoft!
HUGE Nintendo fan, but I'm going to hold off until e3 to decide if I'm going to get a Wii U or not. I'm sorry but these past few Nintendo home consoles have proven to be more kitsch than anything and are now collecting dust in my closet while my PS3 is ridiculously active (heck, up until just a few weeks ago, my PS2). I really hope Nintendo hits it out the ballpark because I truly wish they succeed with the home console market. Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, etc...all characters tha...
I suspect the Wii brand name is dead, thank god.
It should have died with the first Wii. The Wii U is a horrible and confusing name. I've had people ask me if it's an attachment to the Wii or how it works.
Smart, smart man. Nobody's won anything yet. While I love my PS4, I'm bored by it and am waiting for something that truly wows me. Xbox may be back peddling, but at least they're fixing their errors and fast. I do feel a little bad for Xbox One early adapters because this really is a slap to the face with the whole "DRM is integral to the Xbox One"...removed..."Ki nect is integral to the Xbox One"...removed. It's confusing and infuriating the way they&...
Oh Sony...you sure did learn from your past mistakes ::hugs:: I love you.
Exactly, Kevin. Not to mention that since the GameCube, Nintendo isn't really known for longevity when it comes to home consoles. Portables, on the other hands, are amazing and last for about a decade. But it's a different story when it comes to the GameCube, Wii and Wii U; systems sold all within the past 10 years. Their 3rd party developers are abysmal as well.
Why on earth are you being downvoted for this?? I know it's extreme but it could really give the boost Nintendo desperately needs. Heck, I would absolutely get a Wii U if this were to happen.
Just bought this a few days ago and I can't put it down! It's wonderful!
Unless they offer a discount for those who already own the PS3 version, I'm going to have to wait for this one to go on sale. $60 is just too much for me when I already own the PS3 version.
To those of you who believe this: would you like to buy some magic beans?
I read Metascore critiques before I buy a game anyways so why the uproard with them posting them on Amazon? I mean it's not the definite deciding factor but they sure as hell help.
It's one of the greatest gaming experiences I've ever had. I may re-purchase this on the PS4 for the enhanced graphics.
I always wondered why PC game downloads aren't as big as their console brethren. Thanks for clearing that up, Lukas.
It's the fact that you'd actually be getting your hands on a PS4 is why they're selling out; not necessarily any sort of deal involved.
Very true. Truth is, if you're wallet savvy, you may be able to build one for even cheaper and, like you stated above, save on the $60 for ad-ridden basic services.
For $500, buy yourself an inexpensive gaming PC and that way you can avoid the embarrassment of owning an Xbox One.
@HighRes
Never stop posting, you beautiful, beautiful soul.
"These units are now being sold through to customers." That's kind of like someone unemployed saying they're "between jobs". It's ok...just say it how it is.
PS4 "fanboy" here...Go Microsoft!! I'm a gamer at heart and I want all the companies to succeed...variety is the spice of life so we're all winners this generation. I don't feel Microsoft has been treating you with the respect you guys deserve. Good riddance to the over zealous Kinect and hopefully they can focus on games, games and...oh yeah...games.
