Yes, Taquito! Yes! Yes! I own a gaming PC (Laptop, actually) and it's WAYYY more powerful than the 360 and PS3. Anti-aliasing, true 1080p, etc...it's all there and spectacular! Anybody that disagrees with your comments are fools. You're not dissing the systems, you're just stating the obvious: they're outdated. There. I've said it. And they are. My PS3 broke a couple of months ago (fat ps3, YLOD) and honestly, I'm not really that sad. I miss playing Starh...
So do I but they're trying to milk the series by releasing these forgettable side quests...hopefully DDD will change that.
I dunno why, but this news made me kinda sad :'(
JUST bought this on the PC (Steam sale, of course) a few days ago and I can't believe how good it is. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of were the product placements: I mean really Duracell?
L4D and L4D2 are so incredibly sweet on the PC, not to mention the HUGE amount of fan made DLC that blows some of the stuff that Valve has brought out out the water. I would like L4D3, but honestly, I'm so happy with the modded servers and extra maps.
"Now I’m not one to usually complain about this sort of stuff, but that boss sounds pretty over the top in terms of sexual content. That could make for some awkward moments, if let’s say a younger family member entered the room at just the right (or very wrong) moment."
So dismemberment and gore: totally fine if little Billy were to walk in, but a little boob and it's "Won't someone PLEASE think of the children!!". The mentality when it comes to...
I don't know what you just said but "+" for you for having the same birth year as me ;)
@decrypt I totally care lol...I bought myself an Asus G73SW-3DE (the 3D model) notebook and it BLOWS away anything that the PS3 and 360 can dish out. I bought Alan Wake on Steam today and the graphics are insane! Don't get me wrong, I'm a console gamer and LOVE my systems, but when it comes to sheer power and capabilities, my PC is a beast!
Right?? The first one took me a good 60+ hours to beat PLUS multiplayer goodness. Over 100 hours of skag killing fun...well worth my $7.50 (thank you, Steam!).
Death Grin, you're a dolt! I have the Dolphin and emulate all my PURCHASED Wii games.
I just read "Call of Duty 4" and clicked on it, no question. I play this game to this day and absolutely LOVE it.
I feel you, brother. My PS3 broke 2 weeks after I bought the game and me and my boyfriend absolutely LOVED it! Can't wait to get another PS3 next week so I can get back on it.
Does it look like a rip off of Uncharted? Yes. Do I still want to play it? YES! It looks gorgeous!
Try a year lol...you 360 players are in for a treat...it's not the best DLC, but it's better than The Sacrifice (man I hate The Sacrifice). If anything, you non-PC gamers deserve it to yourselves to build a cheap PC and get this game. On the PC, you get customizable maps that are far better than the official DLC maps that Valve has brought (check out the I Hate Mountains campaign on YouTube...blew me away!). L4D forever!
Very cool! But do you know what would make it better? To have the bedroom furniture painted to make it look cell-shaded.
You had me at Studio Ghibli.
This was an incredible pack! I can't wait to see what's in their next bundle ;) I've only tried Bastion, Psychonauts and Limbo and they are
unbelievably good! Very much so worth the stand alone price, I might add.
I like your enthusiasm. Nintendo's never really been about graphical prowress but rather riding parallel with its competitors and providing a different gaming experience overall...I mean do we really need 3 systems that are competing graphic wise? No. That'd be boring. I'm glad a company like Nintendo shakes it up once in a while. Great post. Thanks for bringing up A good point of view.
And a great opinion it is, sir! (one of those Agree's are mine ;). I will tell you this, though...if anything, Nintendo always gets it right by appealing to the young at heart and purveyors of high quality First Gen titles. It's their third party support that fails miserably (on home consoles, anyways). But I do admire them and love them...always have and probably always will as long as Mario and Link are around. I'm not super excited about this system tbh due to the fact that ...
I have a 3D laptop and it's pretty sweet. Admittedly, I don't use 3D a whole lot because it hurts my eyes, but it does look amazing. Left 4 Dead in 3D is so bad ass! Entrails literally pop out at you and I actually moved my head to dodge once.
