Yep. Bad news for them.
Hopefully Iwata has a good plan in place to get them back on their feet.
~Oh it's such a perfect day~
~I'm glad I spent it with you~

Keep 'em coming Sony.
This deal with Machinima is shady as hell. No arguing about that.
Yup. I'll wait for a PS4.
#TheThirstisReal for PS4.
Hell, I don't think they'll become widely available until late 2014 at least.
I have a feeling they're going to reboot the brand, especially once the new Vitas (dat LCD and battery life) come stateside.
For now, the PS4 is a fledgling console that needs as many games as it can get right now. If it dominates the competition and sells well, PSV sales will follow. That, and the inclusion of PS now and the PS+ deals already make it a great buy.
I think they should make a Call of Duty to move units, but would that be selling out?
10/10
Would play a million times over
@bigpappy
IMO, sometimes the AI looks a bit placeholder-like at times.
It still looks like a fun game, and I will pick it up in the launch window. But oh! I said something negative about the game! I guess that automatically makes me a Sony shill.
Looks nice, although it feels like the multiplayer could be a bit repetitive if it's played for a large amount of time. Run around, kill bots, get in a titan, kill humans. Hopefully the story will add some breadth to the the MP experience.
Feels a lot like a Call of Duty/Killzone mashup with a few giant robots and grunts thrown in for good measure.
I would buy it though, it looks fast paced and fun. It will take a while to get used to KBM though...
Yep, if there's one resource MS has, it's money.
Chill out Jimbob, we haven't even played the game yet. It's a little early to be passing final judgment, don't you think.
I hope the beta comes out for PC though :P
Agreed, there's no reason to panic because your competitor won one NPD.
PS4s may still be in a worldwide supply drought, but those who are committed to purchasing their console of choice will wait for it. It was true back in '06, and I bet still stands now.
That's good to hear for Nintendo and the Wii U. Maybe it will really get going when they drop the price, like they did with the 3DS.
I might get one when Smash Bros and MK8 drop, two must play titles, that's for sure.
That's true for now, but to be fair, PS4s are still supply-constrained everywhere. Demand for it is still pretty high at the moment, but it remains to be seen whether the X1 will continue this trend of strong sales.
I expect a strong bump for each when Titanfall and Infamous SS drop though. Will Sony have more PS4s out in the wild by then? Can Microsoft keep this up, or sell in EU? We will see.
I hope everyone has their armor, swords, shields, and flame proof caps ready, there's going to be a big flame war coming up.
OK Rambi, let's not get carried away...
"We want to appeal to a wider audience"
...and see where that got you. *sigh*
For TLDR purposes:
1. Faster Game Installs and Loading
2. More Robust Social Sharing and Streaming
3. System Stability
To be fair, it is only $30 now, and I got it for $18 for sale...
lol man, you're funny.
