Probably $10-15 a month sounds about right. Servers are not cheap to design and maintain, so they need to be profitable to continue.
That, or they can have separate tiers of PS+

From the look of Bluepoint Studios, they seem to be very experienced at HD remakes of games and porting them to other consoles.
IMO, a good choice by the heads at Respawn. An experienced studio should be able to handle Source Engine, and get the 360 version as close to the definitive version as possible.
I however, will be playing on the definitive version...PC.

To be fair, there's really no need to pre-order games anymore, unless you want the pre-order bonus if there is one.
It's not hard to walk into a store and pick one up. Game discs aren't hard to make. Consoles are.

For me, the PS4 is selling well because of the GAMES and the promises of great GAMES to come.
