Yeah there definitely is a lot of QQ going around. Last time I was in a GameStop for PC games was 2007.
Tri GPUs are way way down the road, everyone would need HPATX size cases :3 I don't see that happening anytime soon since you won't be able to SLI/CFX triGPU cards, not enough PCIe bandwidth on mobos yet for that kind of set up.

Yeah, the card itself will be pretty impressive. Now lets hope the drivers are up to snuff :3 just look at the 68xx drivers, they were crap on arrival. Hopefully the 69xx drivers aren't bad. That's what differentiates Nvidia from AMD. AMD pushes the hardware first but has pathetic support for their cards, faulty drivers and such. Nvidia puts out great cards, and backs it up with great drivers, support for 3D and all that jazz. For me Nvidia is worth the expenditure, I'd rather get...

lol Sike PC racing sims have far more content than what GT5 has. What happens when you have a shit tonne of racing fanatics and an open and moddable platform? You get games like rFactor and GTR2. Of course those games were made years ago and visuals can't hold a candle to GT5 but like I said, content and physics accuracy. Mods, extra cars, weather, the beauty of an open platform :3

98% of those screens are 1920x1080 with 8x or more AA :P the ones I post are 1920x1200 4xMSAA and every set...
I would have thought Half Life 2 would be up there, your connection with Alyx throughout the game is very deep even though Freeman never actually says anything. You just feel a bond. And whenever Alyx leaves you know some crazy shit will happen to you :3.
All those mofos can't even compete with BF2. Still the best modern war FPS game.
Why do we need a new TF? The current one is doing fine. Valve can make the game last 10 years and it will still feel fresh.
