You're concerned that they won't have the retail version printed to disc in time for launch? I wouldn't worry too much about that. Worst case, you could always pick it up digitally or give it a try on gamepass.
Huh? There is a ton of footage of footage and details out there for anyone that wants to get more info on the game. The other day, someone on here was just saying that this game is too over hyped.
The Xbox community is VERY small on N4G, you are correct. I bought one as well.
My X launch games are going to be Player unknowns battle grounds and Shadow of War. Possibly Assassin's creed as well but I doubt I'll be able to get to it. Probably rent super lucky's take for my kids. Cup head I'll buy on my current X1 as I don't think there is much benefit to the 4k version of that. The Ori sequel is next year not this year right?

MS doesn't care about it fan base because it delayed a game to make it better? Seems like the opposite of what you're saying, no? I haven't bought a single xbox or ps4 exclusive this year either but that doesn't mean that there aren't 30+ games coming out this year to play on both systems.

How is he losing credibility? Would you prefer they release it when it's not ready? Quality control is important too no? Not saying every game needs to be an 8 but we WANT microsoft to put out better games but then fault them when they try to do so.
It works for sony, it'll work for Microsoft. Bummed about the delay but there's plenty to play in the meantime. Give them the extra time to make it better. We like that still right?

How about Gears 4, Ori and Forza? Weren't those solid on PC? Was Quantum Break the only issue? Hopefully they Remedy that for their next game.

Nobody actually thinks that though. I just realized you're new to N4g so Welcome! :) You're going to see a lot of headlines designed to stir up debate on the forums. Unfortunately, most of the time it's not really a debate but more of a fanboy mashup.
Nobody, including xbox fans have said that this game will save xbox, not that xbox even needs saving. Nobody is saying this is not a timed exclusive either. Where are you getting this from?

Microsoft was only publishing until recently when Epic bought Regent games and Cloudgine which were working on crackdown 3. Listen to Giant Bomb's E3 interview with Phil Spencer. Goes into all the details. Basically, the game currently has all of the elements of crackdown, but Phil said it didn't FEEL and MOVE like Crackdown so he wanted to delay it to get that piece right.
