I call bullshit on this one but I sure would love to be wrong.
Explain that statement please.
Hmmm... Was that a tricky question?
Well... Yes?
Yes and no.
It's one of the most popular Final Fantasy games out there and it did have lots of loose ends, bad translation and unfinished or unused content. A good fix on all of this, along with a few nifty extras, does sound great!
The thing is, I'm afraid that Square-Enix would fuck it up like they have been doing lately with every Final Fantasy they release (main series at least).
Just imagine, brand new soundtrack with some rand...
I'd replace RROD with general hardware failure rate. It seems to be quite common with this generation on most of the popular platforms. My PS3 (fat) for example, it just went YLOD last month.
The online community thingy seems wrong aswell, more online capability is good, it gives us freedom. Some guys are just douches but what can we do, that doesn't make the service a bad thing eh?
Duke Nukem Forever is not a very good game, we all already know. But the thing is, it's not that much of a dramatic thing, or at least as bad as people describe it.
I've seen alot of bad shit receiving high praise, some that do share traits with this game, and all in all they never get hit this hard.
It all seems to come down to trends and people following them blindly.
"The developers decided to include things like limited weap...
Was it a joke? I can believe that, the media tends to manipulate words to a certain extent. Was it for real and this is just a backpedal? I could believe that as easily as the other option.
What I really know is that I can't say anything for sure.
I have a feeling that they have dished the good old noir feeling of Max Payne in order to give us another cheap ass action experience.
I mean... Favelas and Max Payne? What the fuck...
I certainly wouldn't. Besides, they don't need to fuck up the whole fundations of the series in order to innovate.
That's alright I suppose. But a simple HD remake won't win me over...
For once I recommend they stop making sequels and spin-offs and actually start working on full new Final Fantasy titles, just like Squaresoft did.
As for fixing the Final Fantasy series... The series was never pefect but oh my did they fuck it up with X-2 and onwards... How to fix this? That's a story for another day for it will take the space of an huge article.
Plastic bat my ass...
It looks stupid and out of place. It should had been included in the 3DS from launch!
That's called professionalism.
I believe so too.
I didn't miss anything. That's just the way she goes and the companies are the ones who have to work their asses off to appeal to the consumers. If they expect to save their profits the easy way then they might just have a big surprise... Of course there is a risk to all of this, but who says the consumers are going to support every single new thing, even with the issue of used sales beeing gone?
Alas the used sales thing is just another windmill that people decided t...
Here we go again... First of all this is pure speculation. Think for a second, how are we supposed to know or retrieve sensible data on the matter? You simply can't, one can only speculate and even so It'll be by a very slim chance of reality.
And also the developers have been supported by someone in the first place. That person will (for example) decide that the game is not worth to their collections and will therefore sell it. The revenue was already made by the dev...

What the fuck?! Am I supposed to take this seriously?
Is this what Final Fantasy is now? A cameo and cutsie cheap ass spin-off fest?
Go to Youtube.com and type "Ashens".
Satisfaction is assured.
