Yes and no. It's more like bad development decisions are killing the PC gaming. But then again, PC gaming is far from dead! Look at all the cool stuff steam is giving us. The ammount of multi-plat awesome MP games that are available for the PC also gives it strenght, take BF3 for example!
The Witcher 2... Starcraft 2... With so many awesome titles out there I really can't say or feel like PC gaming is dying.

At first I didn't really care much about this game, seemed like just another of those random titles. But now I must admit it is shaping up into something special and do mind that I rarely say this kind of things about a new game.
I've eard this for a few times now, but guess what? WOW is still live and kicking!
It's simply one of the best overall MMORPG experiences out there. It's not because it's awesome here or there, it's because of the game in the "big picture". It's simply a well put combination of gameplay and mechanics, so comfy that I always feel awkard when trying another MMORPG.

That's true, but Hitman isn't about open world gameplay. It's about huge non linear stages with loads of different ways to deal with the objectives.
Judge the product by what it is instead of justifying it's flaws. Once you've seen good you won't want bad and once you've seen bad you won't want more of it either.
If people don't like something they simply don't, why should they justify it or loose any more time with it?
