...the 360 stays PLENTY warm on it's own....no need to add fur. ;)
I was just thinking that June 2007 would be a good time for the first price drop; that just happens to be about 6 months after the PS3 launch. ;)
...I was frying my brain trying to think of the name of that thing. I read this article, and was thinking the whole time "WTF...I saw this technology 20-some years ago?!".
...that's because he changed the link, m8. ;)
....if these are "new", then I'm still a virgin. :o
...and the source requires a login/pass. Please host the pics, and post links. :)
They said it would be $10, a few weeks ago. Hmmm...maybe they heard the complaints, and decided to wise up.
BTW, Bethesda IS NOT calling this an "expansion"...just a major quest. Any expansion, will entail adding new territory to explore...which will likely happen next year. In fact, if you've messed around with the debug cheats for the 360, you know that there's A LOT of unfinished real estate on the disc. ;)
Spam or not, you gotta admit those lyrics are PERFECTLY SUITED for Sony. ;)
And how do you know that, "Mr" ?
They are as accurate as anything you'll find, at the moment, and have very credible resources. They actually have ties to dozens of retailers, worldwide, and get their date DIRECTLY FROM THEM.
...and rubber sign/lamp posts, as well. :o
...you are a f***ing moron. There, I said it.
So, class reconvenes....
- "there is no way you would put a deep dent into a steel lamp post, nevertheless a big hole"
Oh really? So, you've never fired a heavy gauge shotgun in your short life EITHER, I see.
When I was a teenager (35 now), we used to target practice at a landfill on my grandfather's farm. Appliances, furniture, bottles, cookware....you name it, I've shot it.

Never had a doubt in the beginning
Never a doubt
Trusted you true in the beginning
I loved you right through
On and on we laughed like kids
At all the silly things we did
You made me promises, promises
Knowing I'd believe
Promises, promises
You knew you'd never keep
Second time around, I'm still bel...
Yes, it's EQUALLY pathetic...but then again, I didn't bother watching it before I posted initially. After what I saw in the 1st vid, I'd seen all I needed to, to know what a joke the "physics" in this game truly is. The 2nd vid only serves to reinforce that fact. The bullet-proof billiard balls was AMAZING. :o
For a self-proclaimed "Science Guy", you sure don't know jack about physics....PARTICULARLY about ballistics. :o
For starters, the signs/lamp posts react EXACTLY THE SAME, regardless of where they are shot. This is all 100% canned animation, which is VERY easy to show...but is useless, in terms of gameplay. This is no more impressive, than the GeoMod in Red Faction..... A PS2 LAUNCH TITLE!
Again, there are NO bullet holes, NO dents, NO paint flying off the ...
The fact that EVERY sign/lamp post bent in EXACTLY the same places....AND there was no deformation of the metal...no hole either....it INCREDIBLY lame, and unrealistic. I also loved how the guy was aiming DIRECTLY at the "20" on the sign, and yet the lamp post BEHIND it fell over instead. :D
Sorry , but the guys at Insomniac OBVIOUSLY failed Physics in high school. :o
The arms aren't even ATTACHED to anything...they just float in mid-air!
And, as someone who's played well over 80 hours of FNR3 on the 360, I can say that the ONLY improvement they made, graphically, is the veins and sweat...which were both in the 360 version, but looked slightly different. The simple fact is, this IS NOT a showcase of the PS3's power...but rather an example of how, even with a year's extra dev time, you STILL can't make the 360 look inferior.
I never mentioned ANY of the BS you're babbling about, so direct your asinine crap elsewhere.
Thank you. :)
"NO, this is not a confirmation, leak, tease, or sly viral attempt to announce, confirm, or admit that Gears of War will be published for Windows."
Fact is, Gears IS COMING to the PC....MS just doesn't want that known while the 360 version is selling so well.
...and here's why:
1.) All indications are that they haven't even shipped the promised 400k units, in the U.S.
2.) IF THEY DID ship 400k units, then they are simply lying about selling out. They supposedly were shipping 80k to Japan, and 400k to the U.S.
As of today, They've only sold about 275k WORLDWIDE. That's 225k shy of being "sold out".
3.) Given this info, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that they can ship another 700k in the next 5 wee...
...that guy was BRUTAL; he slammed Sony on EVERY POINT. O_o
