while you guys argue over how bad nintendo is and drool over sony and microsofts already outdated (in comparison to PC's) specs, i've already enjoyed hours of gameplay on the WiiU, and continue to enjoy top notch graphics and seemingly endless creative indie games on steam/PC. no console will compete with my PC, so for graphics, i'll stick with that. Not saying the ps4 and 720 wont have fun games because they will, but Nintendo console games have always been the most fun. Nothing to do with physics processing or pixel count, its to do with fun factor. Awesome looking over the shoulder shooters are becoming boring.
yeah that was the main factor, the awesome motion tracker, or visuals the best they can be. Honestly i'll probably get it for wiiu, i'm sure the visuals won't be too far behind the pc version, while still being a step up from the ps3, 360 versions, plus having the motion tracker.
Still enjoying Mario and i got sonic racing which is an awesome kart racer. Still don't know whether to get Aliens for WiiU or for steam. Those will definitely be the top 2 versions of the game.
Starting maybe around 2009 this place became mainly a sony fanboy haven. It used to be a 360 fanboy place until 360 became more popular. All of a sudden the hipsters didn't get to feel 'different' for liking 360. Now its unanimous love for sony, hate for nintendo, COD, and WoW, and a weird grudge against PC gaming.
i wouldn't call this place a gaming community anymore. more like a worship center for corporations. Its like religious warfare in here.
I really enjoy my Wii-U and can't wait for more games to be announced.
i love how they lowered the resolution on that screenshot of new super mario bros U to compare it to the mario 3DS, journalism has definitely taken a backseat. Another lame site using N4G for hits now on the do-not-click list.
except for the whole not being mobile and not having a 3D screen thing.

my only problem is with the OS being slow. You have room to download the update plus super mario u if you'd like, maybe another game. Nobody cared when microsoft released a 4gb console that had no way to download map packs for Reach, took up over half of it with the OS, or the constant patches that would take hours every 6 months.
finally got a Wii U, the OS is nice and i love the controller integration.

this whole "only bad on ps3" thing is old and inaccurate. Bethesda sucks ass at programming on ALL platforms, they just bust their ass to cover up their mistakes fast. The ps3 sticks in peoples memories because its still not fixed. On launch week and first month, the other platforms had terrible bugs as well for all bethesda games. i agree on that. i'm in no way bashing the vita as i know its a great piece of mobile hardware. Its just not doing so well critically or financially and its a huge risk right now to sink millions of dollars into.
i dont think they want to throw away money. Vita just isn't a viable platform to sink money into.
even though their launch numbers are a million over other consoles. people are begging for this thing to fail and its not gonna happen, sorry.
as usual nobody reads the article. Gearbox doesn't even like this trailer, and also said that none of that dialogue is in the game. Still hoping this will be good.
