ubisoft doesnt care about your little minority forum group. Its people like you who make devs afraid to experiment. If you want the series to stay the same then play the old ones. I hope they mix things up and evolve it.

nintendo hasn't gotten "spanked" any generation. The n64 and GC did decent, all the while they were blowing away any console sales with their handhelds. The wii and DS both beat every other platform out there.

yeah my ps3 has been a great system, i had a lot of fun with ps3, 360, PC and even had a lot of fun with a few wii games. Fanboyism is ruining the industry so bad. Can't wait for wiiU and can't wait to see what the new microsoft and sony consoles are. Fanboys are only hurting themselves and the industry.
the fanboys didn't like the WiiU portion of it. Its quite pathetic. They call themselves gamers yet they hate all games thats not by a specific corporation.
They bash stuff like halo and forza, yet if those were ps3 exclusives they would talk about how amazing they were. The only ounce of power they feel they have is the pathetic little disagree button. Its the forum equivalent to blowing a car horn. If it makes you feel better then whatever.

yep. at least for MP focused games. if they play the ENTIRE campaign of something like metal gear solid then sure review it. At least finish the damn thing, thats my problem. "ehhh...5 hours of skyrim...good enough."
i can't agree that piracy costs the industry 1 billion a year. Most people that pirate games weren't going to buy that game at all. The sale was never going to happen. In fact, i've pirated games (just cause 2, super meat boy, etc...) that convinced me to purchase it. So piracy can in ways improve sales. Make your game worth buying or charge an appropriate price and sales will go up.
they're just so contradictory. They want to be treated completely equal, yet they continuously add "girl" to the title "gamer" I don't walk around calling myself a "guy gamer"
resistance boss battles were boring too, as was the entire game except for resistance fall of man. Demon's Souls/ Dark Souls had great bosses.

i was so excited for this game for years and kept up with all the news on it. It wasn't the online that ruined it for me, it was the actual game. The controls horrible and werent fun at all. It didn't have the spirit of a twisted metal game at all.
half-life 3 is so hyped that its going to fail. Even if its the best FPS ever made, it won't live up to fan expectations. Sadly, if it becomes very popular it will be hated as well. People like to feel like they are different than most people. If its popular, they can't be hipster. Its why people hate wow and cod and halo before cod came out and made halo cool again for hipsters.
a god of war shadows of the colossus mixed game would be great. Series need to evolve. The forgotten sands was awesome but it feels like the pinnacle of that style of game. God of war and SOTC were both awesome, so influence by them isn't bad by any means.
