love these so obviously factual numbers.
Tomb Raider was almost perfect on this. Not an annoying amount of combat pits but sometimes i just wanted to keep exploring. Lego City Undercover feels great as well, with its combat being on the back burner of exploration, platforming, driving, and puzzle solving. Maybe my taste is changing but combat sections in games have been increasingly boring to me.
before this even starts, can the ps4 fanboys not spend the next 5 years of this console generation hating on Nvidia for their interview about ps4? Its already way overboard now.
i'm sure it wont last 2 months like that other companies big technical difficulty. 2 months, oh well right. but nintendo is doomed if they dont fix it in 12 hours.

sorry you can't understand the comment. obviously dialogue is scripted. I'm talking about people who look at the last of us's over use of dialogue to the point of nausea and people think "ohhh revolutionary" I dont want to hear some sarcastic quirky kid blab her mouth every time i hit a button. at this point all the genres need reinvented. and i dont mean turn every genre into a hybrid rpg, or add a bunch of scripted dialogue like last of us

thats cool, i tried it for free and think its not as bad as you say, so you're statement about justifying the purchase is wrong, and people have been clinging to that old excuse for someone disagreeing with them for too long now.
yeah i do love aliens so i was excited for the game. Its not as good as i was hoping, but it is fun. I'm a fan of old school shooters when i do play shooters. I think serious sam 3 was the best shooter last year. Its getting more hate than it deserves, thats for sure. I think like ZombiU, reviewers are going in to games with the wrong expectations.
torrented it, might buy it. It truly is much better than what the media is saying. One person didnt like it so now they all gotta say the same thing so they can "be on the same page"
sorry you don't have to waste time skinning and doing pointless side quests. This is a true shooter, not a shooter rpg hybrid. review it in the genre it is in.

It plays like a classic corridor shooter, which is all an alien game needs to be in this genre. Honestly i don't want to have to run around picking herbs and skinning lions for ammo pouches.
i torrented it to try it, so no i'm not sorry about a purchase. Its an OK game, not even close to as bad as people say.

i'm glad you assumed i haven't played ps3 and 360. i own both actually as well as a gaming PC. yes i played your precious exclusives, half of them overrated with the exception of MGS4 and uncharted 2. i'm glad you see a game with the name mario in it and ignore it, you're missing out on a lot of fun games. as far as outdated hardware, your ps4 and 720 are already outdated in comparison to my PC so whats the big deal.
it suffers from the same problem as every other massive open world game from recent years, the gameplay is cool, the quests are just boring. Kill 5 of this, collect 2 of that. I might try it again sometime down the road, if the show turns out good.
