Im sick of cover shooting. Over the shoulder cover shooters are so terribly boring.
Have you seen the videos and map size? Its much larger than skyrim.
I think empty expanses are good once in a while for immersion. Its annoying on games like wow where you get attacked every 10 feet is unrealistic. Sometimes you want that combat break in your adventure and its peaceful to ride on your horse for a bit looking at the world design. It needs to be a balance.
Seems like every game coming out, the main complaint is that its not fun for long. Is this true or are gamers just becoming complacent and bored due to having been gaming for too long.
Back in the early arena FPS days, gamers would play for a year just running around shooting each other in different maps. These newer games like titanfall, evolve, destiny, etc are more complex in game design yet are apparently boring people faster.
I actually like the character designs. They don't have that typical western game look. I'm not so sure people don't even like them, they're just jumping on the bandwagon because its the only thing they could remotely find to bash this game with.
I love Xenoblade Chronicles and can't wait for this game.

most looking forward to star wars battlefront, space hulk: deathwing. They didn't add that a new serious sam is coming out too.
same thing always happens. These groups DDOS attack, people get on comment boards and forums saying how lame they are and all that. They don't care and continue to do it, nothing gets done.

its a server to server basis. has nothing to do with battle.net itself. too many people on a server would kill it.
this game is unfortunately being reviewed on the basis of older sonic games. People aren't looking at it like a crash bandicoot, spyro, jak and daxter game with sonic characters. They're looking at it as if the developers tried to make a traditional sonic game and failed.

So he went into this game knowing he didn't like the series. If he reviews the game I wouldn't expect it to be objective at this point.
I have a high end gaming PC and an xbox one, still not buying any of those games.
Enjoying bayonetta 2 and sunset overdrive though.

do you realize how huge even the first xenoblade chronicles was? Massive. Skyrim's size is a tiny fraction. The landscape changed dramatically between areas and so did the awesome soundtrack. The combat system is near perfect. These graphics are awesome, but thats not the point.
Devs are really banking off this ridiculous resolution/fps argument. It seems like they aren't even concerned with pushing gaming forward as far as gameplay goes because all they see is people arguing over framerates. Hopefully the pathetic discussion goes away soon.
