yeah its crazy. Its been awhile since they've banded together like this. Its so sad and terrible to see the gaming community tearing itself apart. They hate Microsoft, Nintendo, PC, mobile. Do they honestly just want only one console to exist? Just playstation, thats it, no other choice, no competition, just sony.
Also those games came out on virtually every system. The sonic nintendo DS games were awesome. If this game is exclusive, I think it stands a much better chance at having more polish put into it.
I'd rather have another great Sonic game than another shooter with more pixels in it. I have PC gaming for that sort of thing.

This article appeals to the N4G masses who refuse to see truth when it comes to anything, hardware specs, software sales, etc. PC gaming is doomed and weaker than the ps4, Nintendo is doomed, Xbox infinity will have no exclusives and inferior multiplats, valve sucked until they supported ps3, EA sucked until they hated on Nintendo. wonky interface? funny how its faster and more fluid than both of the others. the online store has a better layout, the home menu makes everything accessible the way you want it, and the system (after the last update) boots and begins programs faster.
why does it have to be non-modded? mods are free and easy to download to upgrade your game. a modded game that looks better than the original shipped game is a problem how? yes many modded pc games look better than killzone shadow fall and have for years.
The problem is actually the opposite of what people think. People are saying its too casual now. In reality, they catered way too much to the vocal forum minority and made any progression and reward an extreme time consuming hassle. You have to do dailies for weeks to get rep to get gear, but then on top of that you need enough VP for the gear. Too many barriers that only the most hardcore and addicted player can obtain. Thats why a lot of people are quitting now.

The cool thing about nintendo is that they are the only company left that puts out finished games. No need for DLC unless they start on it after the game is done.
This is what people here just can't grasp. Nintendo games are cheaper to make, and sell way more than any other franchise from any other system. most games today just aren't worth the money. Even so called "critically acclaimed" games for the most part are stale and unimaginative. Honestly i've mostly been playing indie games and older games lately.
Even games i've bought just don't hold the value that games used to. The only exception recently is Demon's/Dark Souls, Tomb Raider and Lego City Undercover
i love the interface and controller and how little space the console takes up. Its also the best netflix machine out there. Mario, Lego City, and sonic racing have all been awesome games.
its good to brainstorm for new ideas with a new controller concept like the PS4, i'm not against that. I'm just saying that in the end you're still using a controller for an RTS, no screen on the touch pad, it will be at least functional, but awkward at best, in this genre.
The Wii-U gamepad would work better, still not perfect like mouse/keyboard, but it at least has a screen on it where you can visually see maps/units/upgrade menus or even the entire game itse...
even still. You're talking about point and click RTS, with a two handed controller. Pointing with the controller and clicking is just not intuitive. I understand you are hopeful and obviously love sony, but be realistic.
