aside from always online and RMAH, i don't know what people expect out of the game. Its a somewhat lengthy RPG with some new game pluses. It has a story, cutscenes, and an end. Nobody bitches about dark souls for ending and having to play harder difficulties with the same character to continue the game.
devs aren't walking all over you. They make a product, you buy it or don't buy it. simple as that. you must be one of the cry babies.

people tend to forget that our economy is not doing well. You want a huge leap in graphics? Then prepare for company buyouts/merges, and more close downs because every single game will have to sell 10million to make a profit. What you would end up with is a very limited choice in library.

MP games are just becoming unbalanced messes. Overloading the game with perks, classes, weapon addons, kill streaks, death streaks. Its worse than the blue turtle shell.
