Music copying and backup is also legal and the content can further be given away so long as the original is given away. You are also allowed to keep the backup and use it as you wish.

If Nintendo feels the need to throw money at the Olympics as usual however congrats to them. Sure helps increase the WiiU/NX/3DS library as that money surely couldn't be used to better their gaming systems without a third party.
Good. I've had more issues since picking up a 360 and Xbox One than I ever did in the past. That includes from PS4, PS3, the half done PS2 online, and PC even prior to a decade ago where net speeds & dedicated servers weren't everywhere. PC was on a bunch of unofficial servers, mostly playing Counter Strike 1.3-1.6. I did play CS prior to 1.3 but largely with bots.
Plus rather people like it or not Microsoft was taking money for Live, limiting any sort of network ...

The newest iteration also plays 3DS titles the former models will not, something Nintendo uses as a selling point.
Multiple PC configurations do confuse developers. That's why most find a common point for specs.
Smaller PCs will never be able to play those games accordingly.
Larger PCs will most likely never use their full potential.

Uh, no? Sony has already made statements some time ago that they were looking at the possibility of an upgradeable PS4. Microsoft once again is only catching up to that talk.
Of course they don't have a plan for VR. How else could we relive HD DVD, Zune, and many of the other Microsoft products to be released that were "different" but turned into me too devices that ultimately failed?

I only experienced this on last gen. Prestige in Zombies and at level 34 on multiplayer plus campaign finished on Xbox One.
