My area right now barely supports LTE or 4G. Even 3G at points is sketchy. Not to mention consistency factors. One minute you're running perfect 4G and the next you're roaming. I'd also argue prices right now for such services aren't exactly pretty and data caps are a large hindrance.

It's hilarious they don't mention that once you activate one PS4 as your primary console a second console cannot also be primary. So while your friend won't have to sign in as you every time you effectively will, also locking the content from other users on the non-primary console including online access if you have PS+.
What you just described is exactly what an investigation is for. To gather facts or evidence relating to a potential crime or injustice to show that either Quantic Dream has been overworking employees along with other possible allegations or they have not.
What's worse is "Not based on recognized fact or judgment from justice". Where do the facts come from with no investigation? How do you gain a judgement without securing evidence one way or the other?

Dunno why you're getting disagrees as it can be easily found that PS4 firmwares up to 5.03 have a kernel exploit capable of running unsigned code.

You're twisting by far. Support does not equal success in context.
Considering it's clearly easier to make a One X product versus a Pro product I fail to see how the premise is incorrect. Further it then turns easier for developers to dial down the One X product to a Pro product rather than go from a PS4 product up to a Pro product.
So regardless of the GPU the screen itself can't support beyond its 720 limit. Meaning in portable mode most should already be at max for the portable state.
I'd also imagine pushing games past their peak on such a device would cause more issues in more titles rather than offer solutions.
