I dunno but wouldn't it be relevant for both of those as well since the PS3 did have better launch titles than previous PS systems? Did the Vita have better launch titles than previous PS systems before that?
EA bought the rights to the UFC games from THQ. The studio that made the UFC titles was also closed shortly after.

Why are people speculating? THQ was already working on WWE '14 and '15 with the launch of '13. '15 is set for next gen consoles. 2K probably won't drop that work to start fresh on a new product, meaning the product you're going to get will be from THQ, not 2K. Look for a full 2K WWE product with WWE '16.

I dunno. Did you factor in that when the PS4 is released the PS3 won't necessarily be considered "current tech"? Which would probably mean that PS3 prices wouldn't be what they are, just like PS2 prices weren't the same when the PS3 came out and the PSOne wasn't the same price with PS2 coming out.

If you're a loyal fan like the article states and you own those games, you own the old system too. Unless someone in the world is actually stupid enough to buy the newest console for 5+ year old games that can be played on a console that'll be much cheaper than the newest iteration.
