So other than the interface, I can't really tell what system I'm playing on.
Gotta hand it to 'em. It may not be a realistic game, but we don't play it for the realism... we play it because it happens to be FUN and THAT is what gaming is supposed to be. That's why it's called a GAME and not a war simulator.

1. Team Bondi originally started this game as a PS3 exclusive.
2. Rockstar liked what they were doing and decided to step in.
3. This is still Team Bondi game using a Team Bondi's new engine (not RAGE)
4. Rockstar is publishing it and helps with the funding.
Will this game come out better on the PS3? Well, since they've only ever showed gameplay from the PS3 version is a good indicator that it doesn't look or run as good on the 360.
