i don't understand why bigalow has 88 disagrees so far. if this were a ps3 title, and someone said "another great game for ps3" everyone would agree with him. in fact, i've seen that very statement for just about every ps3 release for the last 2+ years and i've never seen more disagrees than agrees.
anybody else noticing this huge imbalance?

I think it's time, as a society, that we start treating religious ppl the same way we treat other nut jobs. we shun ppl that still think elvis is alive. we shun people who believe in hobbits, and fairies, and unicorns.

umm..yeah..i happen to agree with edge about bayonetta. and i've played, and own most of, nearly every game worth mentioning so far this year.

HHG and Edge are nothing alike. edge gives honest, controversial reviews and explains why. HHG uses flaimbait titles to get hits and then offers nothing in the way of facts, useful information, or even a clear use of the english language.

This title should be enough to get people to stop approving HHG's stupid articles. Uncharted 2 barely has anything to do with the content.
as for the people saying there's a bias in the media with regards to reviews...i agree. but they aren't slanted in the direction everyone claims. here's the only HONEST review i've seen of Uncharted 2, and i've read and seen quite a few.
i have played it. i own it. along with every other game i mentioned. and yes, it really is just a glorified qte. sure you get to walk around...which is the most frustrating mechanic i've experienced in a game and it's just WALKING. hardly the other element to a qte game i'd brag about.
and not only is it a qte game, most of the qte doesn't even matter. it's more of just something for your fingers to do while you watch this pretty boring, standard story unfold so the creator...

AND Uncharted. AND Uncharted 2. AND Heavenly Sword. AND Heavy Rain (though that game does have multiple paths) -- then again an 8 hour QTE event is about 7 hours and 59 minutes too long.
Someone please explain to me why the ps3 guys have this compulsion to go into articles about games completely unrelated to their system and then bring up games that have nothing to do with the article. i don't care, at all, that you're about to play heavy rain, or that you are currently playing heavy rain.

Yeah, the story isn't great, but it's told well and is interesting enough to make you wanna see what happens. but it's really the setting... the environments. the openness and your ability to improvise in various situations. the game sucks you in with the mechanics of the engine and the graphics. i actually have been playing it all day just for fun. i love trekking through the jungle and tackling the scenarios in different ways. and i don't care what anyone says...that zero g section of...

let me ask you this. suppose you had a widescreen monitor that was only 4" across. what resolution do you suppose it would need to match the quality of a 24" 1080p monitor?

it's StarCraft. you play a few practice Matches and you feel right at home. it's like riding a bike...a really awesome bike that you use to kill tons of sh!t.
