0-60 in 3 seconds and speeds of 140mph? Damn, I'd no idea electric cars were laying down the law.
A solid 7/8 would suffice for me personally, I'm not saying a developer should aim low but at the same time surely not every game needs to be a billion dollar blockbuster. Not in my eyes at least, maybe its an industry requirement though because of development costs?
My old pc generates so much heat, in a 34 degree climate its almost deadly hahaha. I've not had that issue though, thankfully, with any of the consoles past or present.
The lack of anti aliasing does concern me somewhat, especially after the masterful DMC HD trilogy last generation and the conversation of the latest DMC to current gen. I'm sure its still great fun to play but there was anti aliasing last time on 360 in 2008, I do expect a definitive upgrade in visual fidelity.
That's a pretty solid list, my favourites would be:
Import Tuner Challenge (Tokyo Highway Challenge) I love those games and have a killer Nissan 350Z I need to get back too haha. I believe it was the last Tokyo Highway Challenge made?
Burnout Revenge.
New NFS Most Wanted.
Dead or Alive 4.
Project Gotham Racing 4.
Blur.
I guess that's it off the top of my head, yes I l...
Good luck when Gran Turismo 6's servers are pulled abruptly.
GT5 Academy Edition did a fine job with that, not to mention GT5's launch day state.
Polyphony are undoubtedly a fine studio but they haven't been play makers since Gran Turismo 4.
And on my tv Gran Turismo 2 running on epsxe looks better than any other game conceived or produced,
j/k of course.
This game looks absolutely badass, Turn 10 always deliver a quality product and with consistently decent support afterwards. An excellent studio.
Perfect Dark Zero was ok, the multiplayer features were very robust for a launch title and my first real experience of international online play outside of Soldier of Fortune on a 56k modem (damn, that game was like crack to me, cannot believe SOF 1/2 aren't on steam!!).
I just wish they'd make a proper sequel already to the N64 game though. I didn't see Sony say "no we don't want Killzone because there's too much Halo/cod etc out already", which...
Rofl, that really hit me. Genius!
Hell I miss the 90's period. Some of the best, music, films, games, cars and culture of all time.
Thankfully there is cd, dvd and emulation. For better or worse things will always change, that's just life is it not.
By pulling the game from retailers altogether? Oh wait, hang onna sec...
Gears always had banter, peaking in the third game in particular with Baird being a favourite of mine.
The Cole train/thrashball legacy is surely also of note from the first game onwards.
Was going to say Gears released prior to any Uncharted, so who knows. Everyone's perception will be different.
It looked great to me, personally I'm stoked.
I still kinda wish they hadn't made Judgement, the poor mans Gears' that I felt, slightly tarnished the exceptional original trilogy.
Because this guy are sick?
Neon underglow isn't for me, when I said light clusters I meant the housing and bulb configurations themselves, front and rear on the vehicle.
The only game I can think of that lets you mod the car completely inside and out is Import Tuner Challenge (Tokyo Highway Challenge) under Ubisoft's name change on Xbox 360.
I always loved and miss just how unique you could make the cars, although a farcry from simulation every performance upgrade in the game d...
Looks grand, Dan's the man, so it would seem.
Sounds like a welcome addition, admit it though who else wants even more epic customisation?
Forza may have been leading the pack with personalisation, liveries, engine swaps etc but sometimes I still wish there were interior options, more body mods, custom light clusters like NFS/Tokyo Highway Challenge.
Lovely, sounds golden. I've never stopped missing the original Forza's night time tracks and the game in general. Superb entrance for the series and also a game that sadly, ran very poorly on the 360. Tempted to buy an old box of X'ness just for the nostalgia haha still miss my PS2/3 damn it.
By releasing late and unfinished? maybe Driveclub took a page out of EA's book haha j/k of course.
This game looks rad.
What happened? In the early 2000's pc bossed everything, Red Faction, Wolfenstein Max Payne 1/2, NFS's of the day, Half Life 2, Soldier of Fortune 1/2.
I remember games back then that were lower budget like Chaser (my guilty pleasure, one of many) just completely blitzing console graphics and scale of environment with ease.
Now I live in Fear of Uplay, Origin and the perpetual nightmares of driver conflicts. I want to love pc gaming again but time and...
