I have both PS4 and Xbox one and one thing people don't talk about is how whisper quiet the system is compared to the PS4. I think I've heard the X1 fan twice in 2 years.
I've sent several friends screen shots from the game. It's incredible. I'm blow.away by the graphics.

I actually like TR better than UC because I love the RPG mechanics. I still love UC buts its more of a mindless good time where TR requires some thought put in.

What is a reasonable metric? I mean you wont give your opinion as to whether something is fair or not. But to determine a metric out of thin air is something you are ok with.

Racing: While I agree GT is bigger than Forza (though how much at this point is debatable) there isn't a GT game on the PS4. SO to say it has better racing than MS which has two studios that exclusively make racing games that have currently set the bar on next gen I don't believe is fair. Interesting way to put a list together I like it.
Though I do disagree in a few areas:
Racing: MS has 2 amazing racers available and Sony has 1 great racer. MS is definitely in first place (excuse the pun) in the racing category.

The question I keep seeing is "are the games coming out for the X1 in 2016 system sellers". I guess I would reverse the question and ask "what PS4 games outside of UC4 are system sellers?" Because the games you list are games that are in the same class as what the X1 has coming out. Unknown quantities. I cant imagine trying to balance all those different system. Because you're right if you balance one things 10 other things will need it. Then if you overbalance (which is the real meaning of NERF, not just balancing something) 10 different things will need balance and so on. That sounds gross.
