of doing what, drip feeding the consumer?
the last few years of the wiis life was dismal, thanks to the barren release schedule. it seems like the same story all over again, only this time with the wiiu.
lets not forget nintendo is suppose to be launching a new console.. it is suppose to be building momentum, creating hype, awareness etc. but... nothing. nothing but the sound of crickets.
no wonder the gaming press are eating the wiiu alive...
devs begging the gaming community to fund the production of games?
then forking out to buy the game?
to line THEIR pockets?
piss off.
since when were game devs a charity
why dont they go and beg a bank for the money? or nintendo? or another major publisher.
if none of those will fund the game, chances are its not worth it
and its sad becausee there doesnt seem to be much else on the horizon.
ok, xenoblade 2 and wind waker hd are worthy of getting a wiiu for, but there needs to be MORE.
there needs to be WAVES of brilliant games coming. not this drip feeding
insomniac have been synonymous with the playstation brand since the very first playstation, so i wouldnt expect any less from them
.
nintendo need to buy the exclusive rights for this game
all the gaming development studios have expressed how stressful e3 is, and basically how they wish they didnt have to attend because of the massive strain and disruption it causes to the development of their games...
seems nintendo are leading the way in trying to slowly pull out of e3 altogether.
it is a bit stupid if you think about it...the games industry has changed. the world has changed. back when e3 was started, people got their gaming news through mag...
people (ie sony fans) think shit is sweet just because their console is powerful. seems everyone conveniently forgets vita, and how that has flopped.
the games market is changing rapidly, i have been saying it for years- brute power is oldskool now. thats the old way of thinking. people want new ways to play.
people play candy crush and angry birds, people buy ipads. nintendo were smart with wiiu and incorporating elements of the tablet into its design, but e...
must be six months since the wiiu launched and not a single game worthy of purchasing the console for
all this talk about underpower means nothing when there aren't even any games to showcase it
...
consumers tell other companies to jump, and they say 'how high'
while nintendo say we'l jump when we are ready.. wait!
"We don’t have any news for the Wii U at this time, as we aren’t dating next generation platforms yet. Stay tuned."
wiiu confirmed as next gen lol
...
.
i want to buy a wiiu, but there is no reason to
because there isnt any games that i want on it, right now.
i want pikmin 3, but even when that comes out, that alone wont be worth the £250/300 asking price. it needs more games
same with wind waker hd. yes, it will be amazing, but the wiiu needs more games to make it a worthwhile purchase.
its so frustrating, it could be so great but it frankly sucks right now
nintendo havent been at e3 for years now.
if you actually think about it, their size is more realistic considering they are ninjas. i mean, bruce lee was thin/light, so he could be flexible and nimble.
the turtles have always been depicted as hench. like, bodybuilder big. why would they be that big?
its more realistic if they have muscle, but not so much size, like bruce lee
what are nintendo thinking. especially at a time when people are so worried about wiiu.
i wonder if Nintendo will present a nintendo direct on the day of e3 or around that day. if so, that would be ok... providing they make big announcements.
maybe nintendo dont think e3 is beneficial to them anymore. i know other companies have expressed how much of a nuisance e3 is, as it disrupts their development/work schedule, and it causes extra stress on the team to g...
hope the make something similar
its make or break for nintendo now
