what will happen if you buy the console and simply dont like it and want to refund or exchange it? my guess is you cant, since microsoft dont support the second hand market.

if you dont sign in once every 24 hours, you will not be able to play games. you will be able to watch tv or watch a bluray, but the gaming aspect will be disabled until you sign in again.

anyone else think the 'anti-gravity/roller-coast er' tracks in mario kart sort of make f zero redundant. its almost as if nintendo deliberately put those tracks in the game so they dont have to make f zero.
plus, sega are said to be making another game 'with' nintendo as part of an exclusivity deal. my thoughts were that it would be a sega produced f zero game. since sega made f zero x on the game cube.
