The thing is that if they do recommend a 1080, then they'll have to make extra textures or overhaul the textures to a considerable amount. I think they might do it considering that they had done it for shadow of Mordor.
As I have said, when a game's target audience is people with low intellect and attention span, of course the game will sell well. Because honestly, who cares about gameplay integrated narrative, everyone wants nice a** cut scenes, a pop corn movie where the player does not need to apply mind and a silly military story which will probably be the same throughout the franchise with varying levels of voice acting, animation, cut scene finesse which do not matter one bit when it comes to gamep...
Well.... Personally my scale is this (And think that this should be the general scale)
1- Broken,unplayable and non enjoyable
2- A bit better than what a game with 1 rating is
3- Either broken or not enjoyable
4- Just an OK game
5- Average- Mechanically the same as many others does not do anything new, but is bugless
6- Decent, mechanically sound, tries something new, but doesn't stray too far from the general trends
...
I would give COD 4/10, not because it's a bad game, but because there is no evolution. I am practically paying for the same game year over year with increasing microtransactions and questionable business strategies. That is not unprofessional. Thinking that letting the hook off a mechanically stagnant game is unprofessional. If I give FIFA 15 a 9, I would give FIFA 16 and 17 a 6 and 7.5 respectively, because again, they do not evolve much.
Media is scared of activision ...
TBH.... I don't consider it the peak of story-telling. Maybe it's a good story, but there is nothing apart from cut scenes and that is the reason why classics like Deus Ex, System Shock etc will remain classics. They integrated narrative into gameplay. Most of today's games integrate narrative into cut scenes.
He justifies it and that's the biggest problem. Metacritic is basically averaging out everything and if a game is not liked by a few people it's average goes down. And fanboys, instead of accepting that the certain reviewer might not have liked the game, take to the internet to become keyboard warriors for their favorite game developer/publisher.
Need to ban this site from here. They are spamming buush*t. Injustuce 2, just the other day

Run much better games? Looooool
Try unscripted explosions and incredibly detailed physics in any game to the extent of Just Cause 3, and let me know when that game arrives.
Well complain to Sony and Microsoft for making silly hardware tbh... I mean it runs perfectly on 1080p with a HD 7970 (5 year old card) and i5-4440 (3 year old proccy). This was my old PC
My newer PC runs it even better, and this game is actually technologically pushing, probably the best looking (Even though bland) game this gen.
My GTX 1070 mini ITX does 4k 40 fps with most games including Witcher 3, GTA V (With mods), Just Cause 3, Deus Ex Mankind Divided etc
Any developer/publisher who pays the media more?
Sad to see, probably the best series ever go down. But Warren Spector working on System Shock might just another industry changing moment. Also let's not undermine the presence of some developers moving on from AAA development and trying to make something without much shareholder's influence.
70 is a little less imo.
Shouldn't this be a rumor type article?
We can mod it, don't worry. There were mods which removed the cap for MGS, dunno about Transformers, and since the game has been delayed, they better optimize it for 144 fps lel
I like bleeding eyes. Guess it's a side effect of cutting edge technology (Ohhh that pun loooool)
I am waiting for Persona 5 ;-;
Don't make my wait even more desperate
Awesomeee!!!!! Can't wait to play it at 144 fps.... Yussssss
Another skip after WD2, GRWL, and For Honor (Until they get dedicated servers)
