Bayonetta 2 was on a single platform, plus there was a backlash on it for making it exclusive to a Nintendo platform when the previous games were on PS3 and Xbox 360, so I can understand why......
Oh if you read the comments, you'll also know I despise Gears 4 for insulting the player's intellect..... But I know, what can I do.... PS4 has more exclusives and a bigger player base, so many fanboys, so more pointing out.....
I completed it and got 9 endings before restarting the game with another save file on a higher difficulty
Will go back to get all 26 endings, still figuring all that out....
Nah.... Some of my favorite games are linear games- Half Life, Deus Ex etc...... Not really an argument. I loved Persona 4 and I am sure I'll love Persona 5, because it has actual gameplay, not just some interactions in the name of gameplay.... Persona 4 was a daily life simulator along with being a JRPG and is one of my favorite games of all time right alongside Witcher 3, Half Life, Deus Ex and System Shock..... So I dunno how you assumed that evolution for me was open world....
See that's thing.... Insertion of people who don't like the medium in it's most natural of ways..... that is inclusion of casual gamers.... That's why people don't show non-gamers the true extent of what games can do with titles like Deus Ex, System Shock, rather movie games like Uncharted 4 or Until Dawn are shown. I am not against the games.... But I am against developers reversing what has been achieved 20 years ago by the likes of Looking Glass Studios. Warren Spector ...
Personally, it is one of the best games I have ever played.... The gameplay approach is the most unique in the industry.
Guess you support the reverse of evolution of games I guess, because this is not a genre, this is like 10% of an RPG game.... Games like Witcher 3, Nier Automata, Fallout do decision making much better and with gameplay as well..
And sorry, I forgot the score, I don't follow Metacitic all that much.... Doesn't seem to be 87 though, it's 79 and even at that score it is overrated

There should be a 'Retarded Opinion Piece' tag for such articles. When did ABZU, Nier Automata, Night in The Woods, Ronin and Transistor become exclusives?
That yas Gigantic, We Happy Few, Ori & The Blind Forest etc all are exclusives (According to article logic)
Also Heavy Rain, underrated? Even at 84 on Metacritic, I feel it's overrated.... When did a glorified decision making simulator with lots of QTE sectiosn become a good game? There...
I don't see a reason as to why Squaer Enix will keep it from Xbox One... Here is the link that tells the reason
http://www.express.co.uk/en...
Because the director himself has said that the game was not made for Xbox One due to budget restrictions..... He said that if the game sold well, there willbe a Xbox version and even remasters of the Drakengard and Nier games for all current gen consoles.
I dunno about the rest, I never bought a 360
I hope that Microsoft does that.... I don't want monopoly of Sony in the market, and Microsoft can surely get first party studios to make games for their platform because, overall as a company, they are much bigger financially.
Yeah, Xbox doesn't need a No Man's Sky equivalent, it has a better one, Elite Dangerous, which albeit a bit limited is a much better game.... What it needs are good games comparable to Persona 5, Horizon Zero Dawn, Yakuza 0, Nioh etc. I mean, there has to be a reason why Square Enix/Platinum deicided to release Nier Automata on PC and PS4 and not on Xbox One, and that reason sure as hell is not because of Sony signing a deal to keep it console exclusive, it's because they didn...
I didn't personally find it mediocre. It was good imo.... Maybe not as smooth as action games, but for an RPG, it was probably very good....
Vanquish was almost confirmed by Mr. kamiya in an interview where he was asked to talk about the PC port of Vanquish and then he said, "I would talk about it, if you switched off the camera and recorder".... Not sure about Bayonetta
Good to see.... Now just bring Vanquish to PC plox ;_;
After hearing about it in Horizon Zero Dawn, I tried to look up different games, and not to my surprise, quite a few games have it, GTA 5 has it as well as Witcher 3, so Zelda having it came as no surprise, considering the amount of details that game has.....
Well, Nier: Automata is the perfect example of how a game should be made...... Soooooo......
lmao..... Except Bioware's (Baldur, Neverwinter etc) older titles, The Witcher franchise, The Older Fallout's, Obsidian Games (Pillars of Eternity), Deus Ex and a few others, nothing comes even close to what Persona, SMT, Nioh and most recently Nier Autotmata (Which I am currently playing) offer in terms of RPGs
RPG wise Witcher 3 hands down..... Because there are many aspects which do and don't affect gameplay
Some that do affect gameplay
- horse has a fear and stamina metre
- the stats on each and every piece of armor & weapon and their various strengths and weaknesses
- quests are far more diverse and the world is as much reactive to what you do
- 36 (4 with major differences) different endings based on what decisions you make from the start of ...
I think maybe because of Xbox running on the same cut down version of a PC on both hardware and software levels can be a reason it is easier to patch for the Scorpio?
