The reason I chose to buy a high end PC instead of a mid ranged PC and a PS4 is simply because I wanted to play the PC exclusives and am also into a lot of CSGO. I give so much time to CSGO, I generally don't get time left for other games. I am off of my CSGO crack atm because Nier Automata is proving the game that I simply love. But as soon as it's over, I will go back to CSGO and maybe some Overwatch and some older games......

People buy FIFA for consoles tbh.... I mean, I myself don't put money into buying small increaments in the name of FIFA. Part of the reason for PC gamers not buying FIFA is because of it's samey nature over 3-4 iterations. I myself don't buy FIFA because the servers will be shut down the next year because they released another iteration with about 10% changes.
As for anime games, there are many games that got new life on PC, most of the FF, Senran Kagura, etc se...
CoD and AC are fundamentally and mechanically shit games, so I dunno what you are going on about "decent versions on PC".
Same was said in some article for Yakuza 0, and we all know how photorealistic that is....
Stop hyping it up. It looks good, but photorealistic? Nahh.... Better than Forza Horizon 3? Sure, but then we will be comparing apples to oranges, because that is an open world, and this is pure racing, and linear games have better graphics for obvious reasons.
Let's see..... I agree shitty games or games that PC gamers aren't interested in, won't sell. CoD and AC are shitty games, RE7 I can't be sure, since I am not a horror fan.
Coming to GTA, not really fair because it launched on PS3 and Xbox 360 with huge huge hype, and many people just experienced it there, since it didn't launch day in day out with the PC. Heck the PS4 and Xbox One version came out about 6 months before the PC, so not really a fair compa...
Most AAA RPGs have been over simplified for appealing to the mass audience
10 Assassin's Creeds (Albeit 2 and Brotherhood were the best among them, they were still repetitive as hell, can't replay any of the Assassin's Creed games), 4 FarCry (Again 3 was decent, but can't replay it), The Division, Watch Dogs 1 and 2, Steep (Which was a SNOW rip off), most of their titles follow the same rules like a checkbox list.
Yes there are exceptions and R6Seige is a good game, For Honor could have been if they would have had dedicated damn se...
Agreed, but then that game is an exception to a thumb rule. Also I doubt a PvP or PvE multiplayer only game will become repetitive? I mean I have 1k+ hours in CSGO and I didn't find it repetitive because it's about getting better and thinking two steps ahead of the enemy.
Becuase their games are boring and repetitive and have issues at launch.
Not really an Xbox owner, but not really what you are saying is true. I mean we have had Crysis 3, Witcher 3, GTA 5 etc all great looking titles (And I'll be honest, I don't care about graphics if there is no interactive detail or gameplay depth). The thing with non-exclusivity is that whether you buy a PS4, Xbox One, Switch or PC, you don't need to worry about getting any other hardware? I mean you need to spend ~2000$ just for the hardware (PC, PS4, Switch and if you wanna count...
From a consumer point of perspective- NO
From a business perspective- Maybe
Cyberpunk 2077, Blackroom, System Shock 3 and Star Citizen.... Make gaming great again.
Developers really can't please everyone truly. Complaint for too much content registered.
Now this is pro-consumerism. Kudos to Sony.
I am not talking about the combat being Horizon-esque. But perfecting the combat shuld feel rewarding, unlike Skyrim. I still prefer the stat based progressiob, but Skyrim simply didn't cut it when it came to fleshed out combat. And yeah, going back to Oblivion/Morrowind combat will be good
Gosh the bs comparisons. Fed your agenda yet? Really, people need to start appreciating games for what they are individually. Both games have their own charm.
Sure..... And PC exclusives go multiplat to make money, but console games don't because a shitty company pays the developers to keep it on the platform to sell black boxes. Best of luck with you supporting that propaganda..... But I like one fact-
Exclusives on PC remain exclusives because of issues that make them unplayable on consoles, but console exclusives are just the company paying a developer to keep it limited to the platform, not like the PC can't play it.....
