Played through it 3 times since it came out; the last being around Halloween.
As someone who hasn't seen a single film, I'm pretty excited fro this one.
Guess it's time to actually purchase Amnesia The Bunker. Definitely one I want in my library.
Now that STALKER is out, this and Avowed are easily my most anticipated.
It's too bad the show borrows so heavily from Bethesda's retcon of the lore. It's not that it's a bad show but, like Fallout 4, there's something very enjoyable there as long as you concede to what they wanted it to be, and accept what it isn't.
Tried, multiple times over the years, to get into the game, but it never clicked for me. Still; good on them for not just leaving the game the husk of an experience it was at launch. They could have just took the money and ran.
I mean, Machine Games really are great at what they do. One of the best SP shooter devs in the field right now, honestly. I'm hoping they do good work here.
Nightdive is doing god's work.
That's a steal for Munch's Odyssey and Stranger's Wrath alone. Not a fan of the other games in the series, but I know some people really enjoy them.
Seems like a modern day Arcanum in a lot of ways.
That said, Arcanum really deserves a remaster at this point.
Wooh ... AI games ...
The original is such a great controller. Takes a while to get used to but, when you do, the thing is so damn effective and versatile.
Ouch lol
Hopefully it holds up to the original. The first was fantastic.
As someone who owns the rest of the series, I've seen enough to have decided I don't even want to bother with it. Good luck to them on the herculean effort of even making back the development/advertising costs of the game.
Awesome deal for some amazing games. Prey is one of the most underrated games of recent memory, and Nightdive did a damn amazing job with the System Shock remake.
Short story - money
Long story - money
It's almost like despite the early, questionable, positive reviews, the general consensus post-release is that this is a game many fans don't want to play, or, at least, only play on a deep discount. Something I see happening in the near future.
It is a great game. A very good follow-up to the originals. It just needs a lot of patching lol.
I get *ahem* a "backup" version of a a lot of games I get on PC so ... neither?
