I don't see the point you're trying to make. Gun Game is a game mode in Counter-Strike where you kill people with specific guns to level up to the next gun.

Um, have you played Multi Theft Auto? That mod is amazing. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas multiplayer with up to 256 players.

EDIT: Ohhhh, I see now. These specs, according to Square-Enix, are for the best possible experience with the game. I still don't see how 12GB of RAM would be beneficial to the game, though.
What they said is that they're considering it. They said that they will not make it for consoles if they can't get the graphics to look how they want them to look on consoles.
I think it looks worse. The modder unintentionally added a lot of artifacts and discoloration to the textures.
