Maybe they're like IGN and don't average the score.
Very true.
Valve did the 360 version themselves, although they didn't go all out on porting it. According to them, they ported the PC code to the 360 platform then reworked some code to make it work. And Valve, as you all know, let EA handle the PS3 version. If you want a flawless Team Fortress 2 experience, you'll have to play it on the PC. Valve are PC developers, and that is the platform they specialize in. The console versions were made for the money.
chaosatom333, Unreal Tournament 3 on the Xbox 360 will be using an updated build of Epic's Unreal Engine 3, but it will not be using an entirely new engine.
These are actually pretty old.
I would've preferred 1 page of tits.
All the content on a single page, please.
Soul Blade was PS1.
Soul Calibur was Dreamcast.
Great build.
The only thing I sort of disagree with are the choices for RAM and graphics card. Personally, I'd switch out the 8800GS with a 9600GT and the Wintec Ampo RAM for G.Skill RAM, which is only $3 more on Newegg.
2GB or 4GB of RAM.
3GB would disable dual channel.
I personally think WoW's art style is fantastic. The art direction masks the use of technically unsophisticated graphics very well. This ensures that the game looks great even on extremely old hardware.
Uh, people BUY Windows?
It's a user-created mod.
"Free" AA is BS.
Technically, free anything is impossible. If the AA truly were free, don't you think that more games would be using 4x AA? Fact is, the majority do not, and instead use 2x AA or no AA at all.
Turn on your sarcasm detectors, guys.
This isn't a serious article; it was written as a humorous editorial.
You can exit with Alt+F4 and it quits to the desktop almost instantaneously, but your game doesn't get saved.
But when's the last time you've been hit with a computer virus?
I haven't had one in at least 3 years.
It seems that viruses are becoming less and less prevalent as computer users start wising up on what files are good and what are bad. Mostly only script kiddies write destructive viruses anymore; the experienced hackers and crackers write things like trojans and keyloggers which are much more beneficial to them as grants them access to things like bank accounts and credit ...
Lair does have some nice water, but the water in this trailer moves a lot more fluidly and looks a lot more like real water.
I'm leaning more towards pre-rendered footage using in-game assets than footage with visuals representative of actual gameplay. It'd be nice if I were proven wrong, though.
The video is now up on Steam, and in FIVE different languages! I bet that's why it took so long to make.
