I have a strong feeling that this game will suck.
And, despite it sucking, it'll sell over a million copies.
It's a fan site.
It adds more detailed textures, adds some music, changes some sounds, and basically tries to make the game more "cinematic" than it already is.
You are taking this out of proportion. The ONLY comment from Valve that has ever bashed the PS3 is Gabe Newell's "The PS3 is a total disaster" comment. Everything else said about the PS3 was simply something like, "We're not PS3 developers" or "We're currently not developing for the PS3." They are not whiners and are excellent developers. Valve are not developing for the PS3 because that would take development time away from the PC version, which is the version t...
Wow, you sound so much like a marketing shill.

Clock speed is no longer relevant.
It's all about efficiency now. Why do you think Netburst failed? Because, even though it could go to crazy clock speeds like 7 GHz, it ran ridiculously hot and was terribly inefficient. Intel's latest line of 'Core' processors, however, perform much, much better than their Netbursts. For example, a 2 GHz C2D could outperform a 4 GHz P4 or PD easily.
The whole clock speed thing is a marketing ploy you fell into.
This is awesome.
I kinda wish they'd be able to integrate themselves into Steam somehow.
Zerg blood is red.
Baneling blood is green.
StarCraft 2 very much retains the StarCraft feel. It in no way feels like WarCraft 3, which put emphasis on individual units. In StarCraft 2, your units feel like armies.

Those are Tauren Space Marines. They were Blizzard's 2008 StarCraft 2 April Fool's joke. They're going to be included in the editor.
Valve just released the Steamworks SDK yesterday, which will be free to use for all game developers. It lets game developers use Steam's anti-piracy, auto-updating, achievements, stats, and in-game overlay systems.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that GTA:SA on the PC sold upwards of 2 million units. Sure, it's not anywhere close the 12 million+ the PS2 version sold, but the port didn't cost them much to make so they turned a good profit off the PC version.
Ughhhh, third-person camera.
I've had a hatred for GameDaily ever since I read this.

I'm not complaining about the score, but rather the text of the review. It's filled with so much false information I have no idea how it managed to get posted on the site. The review also reads like he never even passed Act I, which is only a couple of hours of gameplay.
GTA 1 and 2 have been free on the PC for years.
I don't understand why people have such a blind hatred for PCs.
Although I enjoy PCs more, I enjoy playing consoles quite a lot. All gaming platforms have excellent games on them--why can't we just be indifferent to what platform the game is being played on and simply play and enjoy the game?
I currently have it installed on my computer.
It's the 'release to manufacturing' version, which is basically the final thing.
Uh, they're reviewing it because the Orange Box games were released individually at retail.
I love the updates to the game. Goldrush is an incredibly well designed map and the various additions to the game really make it a more unique experience, such as the new melee animations and the new voice overs.
I already got all 39 achievements and the Blutsauger, Critcrieg, and Ubersaw. :D
What? You can't possibly be serious.
