A PC version of GTA V is going to be inevitable imho. A port to X1 & PS4 shouldn't be a big problem.
I just don't want to buy a game twice and an open world game like GTA V would scale beautifully on hardware with better components (especially RAM, 512 MB compared to 5-7 GB).

IMO it sounds like this: Our contract with MS doesn't allow us to talk about other platforms for a specific time (6 months, 1 year etc...)
Considering the size of the box, the ventilation cuts nearly everywhere and the EXTERNAL PSU I don't think Xbox One has any problems with heat.
Especially in comparison with PS4:
Smaller box, a bit beefier GPU and an internal PSU!

Over 30 titles in development for PS4, 20 release in the first year, 12 new IPs... (just Sony studios)

Yeah, this ruined the conference for me. Just had a discussion with a friend about this the other day.
Paying to play online isn't nice. And sry but my internet connection isn't good enough to enjoy the benefits of PS...
I don't have a problem with the TV integration BUT I would have to pay more for Xbox One than a citizen of the USA for having less features!
Main reasons why I am not getting a Xbox One (at least not at launch):
1. More expensive
2. Not into Kinect
3. TV features not available in my country
4. I like more franchises of Sony than MS (despite QB nothing peaked my interest, but they have shown good games! Maybe gamescom...)
