If you upscale an image details get blurred out (simplified but still correct). Lower base resolution -> blurrier image.
I think that's the reason why MasterCornholio thought that textures are more detailed on PS4.
So textures are the same on PS4 and Xbox One but look crisper on PS4.
No brainer in your case, as you've stated that you think it is worth to go ps4.

Anyone saying: "Raids are hard and you need an organized grp" isn't entirely wrong, BUT why don't they implement a system like WoW's Raidfinder? I don't mean the LFR option where a Raid is laughable at best and has much weaker loot but the option to make a grp and random people can ask to join. The grp leader has the chance to look at the players before inviting them...

Played it on PC. Was bored after a while. It looks quite good but the gameplay needs to improve for the sequel (regardless on which platforms it will released)

Sorry but THIS is bullshit. Since the launch (and before the launch as preorder) Xbox One has been available in every store I've been too (Media Markt, Saturn, GameStop, Expert etc.).

There are several reasons why Xbox One doesn't have such a high demand in Germany ...
Well a little rant of the PC gamer inside of me:
Halo for PC has been eagerly awaited by many gamers. The features which were promised were amazing at that time. Then MS stepped in and made it an exclusive for a console and Halo CE felt like a raped version of the Halo Bungie envisioned for PC.
Despite that, I like Halo for what it is but it could have been so much better...
They go with guns cause the author of the Manga chose this direction. Despite that, Kirito still uses a sword.

Guess what? Unreal Engine is multiplatform, CryEngine is multiplatform, Capcoms PhantaRei is multiplatform etc.
But again, I agree with you that "Silent Hills" isn't exlusive until Sony or Konami say so.
