Nope, white in shadows
Edit: nevermind
Didn't Mark Cerny say, that he doesn't expect to see a lot downclocking?
Don't know if you are trolling or not...
Well, typically you think about simulating light via raytracing. But you could apply the same technique to simulate audiowaves. So that is, in a very simplified described way, what ray traced audio is all about.
Audio raytracing is a lot simpler to achieve. And that is why Cerny mentioning it got a lot attention. We still don't know how raytracing will be implemented in ps5. Only ms have told us, that scarlett will use hardwar...
Spider-man by a landslide. Kind of a stupid question.
To be honest, both games are great but I don't know how to compare them...
I could compare (just as examples)
Spider-Man vs. Arkham vs. Infamous
and
RDR vs. GTA vs. Saints Row
but Spider-Man vs RDR? They are trying to achieve totally different things with the worlds they've created IMHO.
I have to admit, yeah it feels a tad too slow... But it isn't that bad.

Nah, you're right....
Just recently I've been talking to a couple of friends about FIFA and PES. PES has the better gameplay but the lack of licenses is really an issue. I know the monetary reasons of FIFA, the organization, and the different leagues for selling the licenses exclusively (at least for a period of time) but wouldn't it be better, if they set up a fixed price (per game, per year, per whatever) and everyone paying it, gets to use it? I know there are a lot of factors in calculating a decent pr...
Just one gen to go and they will upgrade for exclusives ;)
So, how does this strategy fall in line with their timing for next gen? Will they just release what has been announced so far and shift development of the other games to the neXtBox? Or is next gen really that far away?
Would've guessed a 2019 reveal and 2020 release (same time frame as Sony, at least in my thoughts).
Or is MS going all in, revealing/releasing great Xbox One X games in 2019, announce neXtBox 2020 with a 2021 release? Could give Sony a head start of a ye...
If you don't want the fancy stuff from an Xbox One X, we have a product for you! Xbox 36...uhhh Xbox One! ;)
It looks a lot closer to the animation now! Coherent artwork sure does wonders sometimes. As for variety, or the lack of such, I suppose South Park just hasn't changed that much since the last game. How much has your town changed since then? Heck, my hometown hasn't changed that much in 10 years xD
I have only played Stick of truth but that game had a great variety of locations along with the boring South Park locations ;)
The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind ?
EDIT: Sorry, I don't have postcards :(
Facts they can't fight or deny: with the release of scorpio they won't have the most powerful console anymore.
But that's the only thing going against them imho...
It's great if all 3 have great shows. Competition is always good for us gamers!

I'm thankful for living in a peaceful world where everyone tolerates other opinions. I'm also thankful for being able to express myself without being afraid of any repercussions!
And last but not least I am thankful for sarcasm and Deadpool. This guy rocks and the disagreeing voices in my head can shut the f*** up!!!
I'm a console owner and I know a lot about modding. Well, my knowledge is more in line with creating tools like SweetFX, so your skills in editing ini files might be more profound than mine but who am I to judge...
By the choice of your words you sound more like an arrogant "IAMTHEMASTERRACE" prick than someone whose opinion should be spread. Sorry for my harsh words but people like you are grinding my gears.

It's not just 180 rows of pixels more...
there's is a difference of 633600 Pixels between 1920x1080 and 1600x900 resolutions.
So there's no gloating about 180 pixels.
Is it visible? In my opinion yes, but it's still the same game. Have fun with it on your platform of choice.
@rainslacker:
Sony clearly told us what this video will be about. PS5 Games!
Heck, even showing the actual hardware could be considered as a nice bonus.
I don't think this will be the last video.
Cerny mentioned a tear down video. And logically they need to be ready to counter the MS event, which I suppose will be better than the last one.
I kinda like their approach right now.
