I am about 4.5 hours into the game and its a little slow and repetitive. That is not to say that the game isnt good but i havent really been drawn into the game or the character. The game never really has you identify with the main character. I bet my thinking of the game will approve with time because, well, with RPG's it usually does. I would rent it first, its all about taste.

Ok, well my little brain says you need to pay more attention in school (especially grammar). Secondly, I would like you to show me STATISTICS that prove the point that teenagers and younger kids have quicker reflexes. If you do your research you will see that reflexes peak in the mid 20's.

what? So you think there is a direct correlation to teens being better at games then, lets say, 25-30 year olds? I dont think so, maybe 10 years ago but not today. This is especially true with SOCOM.
Anyway, I am 25 and have been playing games since I was very young. I know plenty of 30 year olds that have been doing the same. The average age of a gamer in this country is 34. Times they are a changing.
why? Because of Mario and Zelda? The good thing about sony is that they try new things and constantly have new franchises coming out. I think Ninetendo HAD great franchises but they have grown stale over the last 15 years. IMHO.
It is the first and second party studios that attracts me to Sony in the first place. There are so many diverse and great franchises that are developed by Sony and its developers.
Third party games have always just been icing on the cake. There is NO denying by anyone that SCE is miles ahead of MGS. Microsoft has proven in the last year that they dont really care to produce too many games internally which I think is a fundamental flaw in their business strategy.

absolutely, no whiny little kids throwing 20 grenades and wondering why everyone on the map didnt die. Definitely one of the greatest perks to a realistic shooter. I HATE when you have to empty an entire clip into someone.
The disabled respawns keeps the kiddies at bay. They arent used to having penalties to dying but it makes the gameplay that more intense.

The game runs fine, there are very minor bugs here and there but nothing to get upset about.
As I have been saying, it has the best gameplay of any shooter this generation. I expect another "update" in a month when the reviewer is hopelessly addicted to the game and all of the features are in it. If anyone likes a "realistic" shooter, look no further.
thats what the game will look like in real time. You would be very uninformed to believe otherwise. Hell, ASK SOMEONE IN THE BETA. The MP looks the same lol and with 32 people in the game. no other console can pull that off.
it is worth the extra 10 bucks. The gameplay is sssssoooooo fun. It deserves more than a 4.5. I wouldnt play it as often as I do if i thought it did :)
by far the FUNNEST 4.5 I have ever played lol. Good game, but thats just my humble opinion. I havent had problems getting into a game for over a week.
I still say by middle of next year the ps3 will overtake the 360 in total sales.
Doesnt look like my kind of game at all but I will give it a rent early next year. You never know, I could end up loving it. This is good news for people who were really looking forward to this game. Great year to be a gamer.
