oh for god's sakes. .2 is nothing to b*tch or brag about. You kids need to find something to do. The game is obviously great on both occasions. I hear all of this GOTY sh*t but when it comes down to it Fallout is in contention with two PS3 exclusives: MGS4 and LBP.

yeah, 8bit games NEVER had glitches. These games are a little more complicated then their predecessors. LBP is completely playable, the servers are a little laggy but that is it.
the first day a game goes live it often has problems. Everything better clear up by wednesday or there will be riotous fanboys on both sides.

It WILL last forever. If 2 million people buy this game but ONLY 1 percent of those people make GREAT levels that will still be 20,000 users making QUALITY levels.
With the heart and star system as well as their robust search function it will be a game that will last forever.

Your right, its not game of the year, its game of the generation (so far).
There are too many good things about LBP for it to get passed up for GOTY from any game journalist.
From the singleplayer to the co-op, from the revolutionary level CREATOR (not editor) to the INCREDIBLE community, from the incredible textures to the forever cute sackboy this game brings it ALL to the table and performs almost flawlessly.

Got this game last night. Truly epic singleplayer. The textures are jaw-dropping, the creativity, the beauty, the originality, and this is just the beginning.
It will truly be a game I remember for 10 years.
when everything is working there is nothing more realistic or more intense in any game this generation.
