If it is close to the dominant form of movie distribution by the time the 720 comes out they will use bluray. I wont buy their console if it still uses dvd's. end of story.

I am not going to say the game is good or bad but they gave HAZE a score which is unforgivable. I played an hour of that and had to stop playing it. A 38/40 is unbelievable.

I think it needs a price drop but it is no where near ready to collapse. It sold more than the 360 did in the same timeframe. It has around 17 million total across the world but somehow it is failing?

They needed to drop the price of the PS3 this september. They shot themselves in the foot this holiday season. They NEEDED a price drop. End of story. Fanboys on either side should agree with that statement.

It is doing better than the 360 within the same time frame. It isnt pummeling it but it is beating it. But I will be waiting for the numbers from the first 8 quarters for the ps2.

look at the lighting the guns give off in spectator mode. Simply amazing. The ground gives off shadows depending on the surface. simply amazing and the smoke.... good lord.
they have beem quite on this game the entire time. Its clear they dont want to spoil anything. I would chalk this up to developer choice.
ok, so to close out this section it appears that it has a higher resolution than 720p but lower than 1920x1080. Check out the update in the news story.
I never said it was a given but upscaling to 1080i was confirmed months ago for KZ2. So, if it is just upscaled it would make Seb's comments yesterday very very odd in the fact that he would be confirming what he already confirmed long ago. Seb's statement just doesnt sound like a re-confirmation but more like an announcement.
